I still don't like the guy at all.  Sorry if you agree to disagree.

Won't happen but I would like to see the Bengals trade Jackson Carman to KC

for Clyde Edwards-Helaire.  Both seem to be underachieving and on the bubble to one

degree or another, probably both let go when their contracts run out but why not give

them both a fresh start with a new team for a year?  Edwards-Helaire back with Joe and

Ja'Marr would probably motivate him a lot more.

    No :ninja:, btw.

Chris Evans to practice squad and see how things sort themselves out.

If we trade Carmen he'll be an all pro especially to the chiefs no thanks

Exception to the rule., but I didn't say 6th round or later...I just said 6th rounder. Hopefully Iosivas can become an excellent WR4 next year and beyond. The potential is there.

Since they didn't trade him before the draft when the return value was at its highest, the Bengals need to sign Higgins to an extension.

I couldn't agree more they gotta keep him

I like Iosivas a lot and he could be a good receiver down the road, but based on past draft history to expect him to match the production of Higgins seems unlikely. Never in NFL history has a WR drafted in the 6th round gained a 1000 yards or more in a single season. Not once. Maybe Iosivas will one day become the first 6th round WR to ever do so...but I would feel much safer with Higgins signed long term. A healthy Higgins is guaranteed to gain 1000-plus yards every season.

Houshmanzadeh was drafted in the 7th round and he gained over 1000 yards more than once

Charlie Jones and Andre Iosivias....possible backup plans for Tyler Boyd and Tee Higgins respectively? Obviously those latter two players are going to be impossible to replace but I credit the front office picking up players in the draft that have similarities

Would like to keep both tee and Boyd but will be very difficult to do so

I love the idea of Carman as a FB.

Because he's trash as a OL.

Carmen has shown flashes he played well vs Buffalo and the afc championship game vs the Chiefs and in the last game of the year vs the Ravens he trucked someone on the Ravens 10 yards down the field and knocked his ass out of bounds but he certainly is not consistent but definitely has some talent I want him to play well in the worst way but the idea of him as a fullback is intriguing

man my brain was a big wonky as turns out i had some health issues i didnt know about last season, and i cant remember random stuff, but i recall someone broke down some tendencies of inconsistency with Evans, i think it was his pass protection and then his routes or running paths were all over the place, like he freestyles shit too much like its still high school.

but i dont want to say thats it if im wrong.

    anyone remember anything like that?

i think i remember some big paly he made catching a ball across the middle in the playoffs or against KC or something they he ran wrong but worked out and someone mentioned it postgame.

    sorry my brain was shit.

Vs KC last year regular season he scored on a short pass

    Agree.  Isaac Curtis.

The coolest of cool, no trash talk just production in an era when the rules were so

    much more wide receiver hateful.

    Made everything look effortless.

And the signature over the shoulder football toss understated touchdown non-celebration.

Two or 1A would be Chad because they played in different football eras.

    Favorite current Bengal... Ja'Marr Chase.

Favorite current Bengal I would say for me is Chase

The question almost needs to be asked as "Favorite other than Burrow?", because I imagine he's the favorite of most now (including me).

My first favorite as a kid was David Fulcher. And then Ickey Woods. When the Bengals drafted Peter Warrick (my favorite college player of all time) he then became my favorite. I also liked Justin Smith alot. Next was Burfict, who I loved, and Pacman.

So my timeline would go ...

    Fulcher - Ickey - Warrick - Smith - Burfict - Pacman - Burrow

I don't necessarily choose based on talent and like "unique" personalities, or iconoclasts, more than anything.

Someone should kneecap JP Jr. as payback...fuck Joey Porter, he's a certified bitch. Between that and the 2015 playoffs, he's definitely one of the main reasons why I hate the Stealers, they worship that asshole so that tells me everything I need to know about the culture of the org and fanbase.

He's a low life and has always been a low life classless I remember during the 2005 playoff game after Carson got injured he was pointing to his knee to the crowd major classless low life
