  1. Yeah if they thought they could replace Higgins with a 3rd round draft pick this year they would've traded him. If it were that easy they wouldn't have franchise tagged him in the first place.
  2. No I think he'll show up eventually, but I wouldn't expect him day one of camp either.
  3. Every round is questionable. That degree of certainty is what generally separates one round from the other, which is why I don't like gambling on half of them. They're gamble enough when you can eliminate things like health or character concerns. Overlooking those things for the sake of athletic potential multiplies that risk.
  4. I thought Iosivas & Irwin were supposed to do that? Or he may hold out. My guess is not but it wouldn't surprise me either way.
  5. He's meant to replace a guy that's demanding a trade and may hold out. That doesn't seem like an ideal situation. Then again I'm not sure how he'd handle being 5th on the depth chart either. Really won't know what they've got until he's suited up in camp. True of any draft pick but a lot of ours come with more questions than usual.
  6. Fine that he didn't but they could've addressed it with those 4th-6th rd picks. Feel like McLachlan was an insurance policy for All, which begs the question of why not draft a single healthy TE instead.. Don't want another Eifert situation. Burton kinda sounds like a head case tbh & Jackson a bit of a reach. First 2 rounds were solid but they really started gambling in the middle rounds. It seems kind of desperate. The team isn't devoid of talent, what they've lacked are solid & dependable guys to simply show up & play the position. Once again too much chasing "potential" which is to be expected when coaches are making the picks.
  7. So many places (jokes aside I think about 3/5 of your list are possibilities)
  8. He's 31 and missed as many games as he's played. Agree he's a better player but that doesn't matter much if he's on IR by week 3. What is it you expect them to do with all this cap room?
  9. I'd rather be in good QB health. Becton is 25 and started every game last year.
  10. Yeah I'm anxious to see who is full participation and who they hold back

Had you not heard of Israel before October 7th or are you deliberately being obtuse Either way "nuhuh they started it" is pretty juvenile
  12. I read they'd reduce concussion by 20% or more if everyone was wearing them. So, in the interest of player safety, the NFL will allow players to wear them if they really want to.. Of course, they could mandate it, and manufacture helmets with logos that look OK instead of the usual method of applying stickers, but nah... That'd cost a little more money so here's some awful looking potato sacks to wear on your heads. Oh and BTW gonna need another half a billion from the city for seat warmers in the stadium, thanks.

It's certainly amusing watching people you know are routinely antisemitic suddenly become rabidly Pro-Israel overnight when it means being on the side of an apartheid colonizer state and police violence. Any excuse for cops to bust heads, even if it benefits the "(((GLOBALISTS)))". Except for when they're defending the Capitol itself from a traitorous mob, at which point those cops magically transform into the Deep State 5G UN Antifa false flag moon men, or whatever. But the rest of the time it's "Blue Lives Matter". Almost as if these dimbulbs don't have any fundamental moral code at all & just enjoy the rush of siding with an oppressor.

Or, How to Lose the Easiest Election in Decades "We need to mobilize young voters!" 1. Make hamfisted attempt to Ban TikTok while sounding like Grandpa trying to program an ancient VCR 2. Send in your militarized police forces to brutally squash peaceful student protests on college campuses across the country 3. Sit on your hands while regressive state governments trample on reproductive rights Doing a great job mobilizing, that's for sure. Just not in their favor.
  17. Save your breath with that gaslighting "anti-racists are the real racists" nonsense. You're sick of anyone not goose-stepping along with you because it reminds you that you're in a seditious fascist cult in service to a morally bankrupt conman. Of course you're going to be mad at everyone but him. Just remember you can quit at any time Choice is yours.
  18. Its cool man I assume your concept of stability is about as developed as your idea of liberalism. I only hope you don't join one of these seditious dipshit militias and do something violent when you finally realize what a dead end you're being lead down. Its the last gasp of pseudo-Christian White Nationalism. It's been a dead end for a long time but a black President really lit a fire under all y'all in denial of that fact so now you're having a little tantrum. Go ahead and tire yourselves, it'll be bedtime soon.
  19. You don't even know what a liberal is, dude. You're in a cult.
  20. They got an OT from Louisville but not a single IOL.. Hard for me to understand given the two starting guards are bad and marginal with no one capable of challenging them on the depth chart. How many sacks will it take before they admit Volson should be a serviceable backup at best? Why are they drafting a longshot 4th TE instead of a guard that could almost certainly challenge the starting lineup? How many seasons of JB's career are they going to waste playing him behind a subpar OL? Right now I'd have to put the O/U at "all of them". One of the worst-performing OL's in the NFL and they draft a single OT meant to replace a one-year FA that can't stay on the field & then a 7th round center (who may yet be better than Volson, if they gave him a chance). It's frustrating.
  21. Totally agree, "B" as in "basic". That was some fine corpo nothing-speak justification from Elizabeth though! Really leveraged their synergies moving forward.
  22. Give him time to throw & JB's going to make a star out of any pass-catcher with a bit of talent. Everyone else is ultimately replaceable as far as I'm concerned. However.. If they're going to let these guys walk over money they need to be spending it wisely elsewhere. They've thrown a good bit of that money & now draft capital at fixing the OL. I'd like to think the pressure is on for Pollack - if he's on the last year of his contract as I've read? The Bengals don't really fire people. That aside, Higgins should've been traded and Henderson, too. I don't want players that are here only because they don't have a choice. If the strategy is build through the draft they have to turn players on their way out into more draft picks. Golden opportunity to do that but they chose to sit on their hands.
  23. What other NFL team is the primary income for an entire family? You have to understand, every million they spend is one less prize-winning show pony for the great grandkids. That's no way to live. 🥷
