1. With this signing I don't want to spend more money on a first round tight end . Late rounds I am fine with. I like the lsu linebacker Devin White here, if we are releasing Burfict or trade down get more picks later. I don't want another John Ross receiver either. rambling..... feels like the 90s again
2. Can we put Hopkins back at center? Price sucks another first round bust. He threw ball over Andy’s head that caused Andy to get hurt had. Worst game I can remember a center having. Hopkins at least did his job, as Marvin keeps saying. Can Marvin fire himself? And Hugh hasn’t won here either since coming from Cleveland ... fired ..... our next HC works cheap.... mike browns smiles
3. I would have loved to have restarted the franchise with new coach and the chosen Mahomes 2017. Not saying they would develop here but whoever scouted that draft really missed. This qb and running back hunt, which kc hit a home run in the draft. Draft is like lottery but we always seem to get a player who is injured price this year. I just hope ross is able to stay healthy. 9 Cincinnati Bengals John Ross WR Washington Rumors swirled of Ross going this high, but I was skeptical. The Huskies speed demon is now a Bengal and will give Andy Dalton a significant threat down the field at the wide receiver position. 10 Kansas City Chiefs (from Bills) Patrick Mahomes II QB Texas Tech The Kansas City Chiefs land their QBOTF by sending a third-rounder this season and their 2018 first-rounder for Patrick Mahomes, who has drawn comparisons to former NFL great Brett Favre for his gunslinger mentality. The dink and dunk of Alex Smith may be nearing its death with this pick.
4. I was curious about RB walton. He seems like a Gio clone bengals line said he cuts back to much in preseason 25 carries for 24 yards. Mccshay liked him, however he might not even play. https://www.cincyjungle.com/2018/5/2/17302204/nfl-draft-2018-todd-mcshay-mark-walton-bengals-best-value-pick
5. I understand turnover but this seems kinda odd. Marvin must have said something internally to the coaches about nearing the end. I guess everyone figured find something if you can get it.
6. Ben Roethlisberger ('sore'), Antonio Brown ('fine') prepare to playhttp://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown-corner/ben-roethlisberger---sore----antonio-brown---fine---prepare-to-play-135144750.html
7. This is a little off topic but I think that the Bengals should install the K gun or our old no huddle Sam ran here at least go more up tempo. I was watching the Buffalo 30 for 30 remember the 90's Bills running the K gun, which was a no huddle little different than Sam ran. i think we have the personnel to run the no huddle. andI know the NFL is different now but facing Pitt this week I think it would simplify things by not allowing the defense to huddle and allowing the offense to dictate to the defense instead of the opposite. We tend not to adjust very well to different changes the defense make. Life long Bengal's fan, so this is the golden era of Bengal's football let's be honest. I think with the radio helmets the QBs have it is even easier to run now. I watched Thurman run up and down the field, while Gio is not Thurman, he would be better in a wide open system. I do not know really what to do but watching the Bills I reminded me of Boomer and 80s Bengals no huddle. I wish we could be more dynamic for the enitire game not take our foot off the gas like the Denver game. I do understand we have basically a rookie QB right now and we need to protect him but he seemed to be doing fine until Denver went to zone and we lost our fullback. Coaches really never adjusted. Beat Pitt get an attitude, swag going like early in the season. sorry for the login id
8. The hit on Graham I think was late, however I watched the Steelers game last night saw both teams make  same play several times not called. I also think the Peko call was not really a flag. I watched that happen in many other games and it was not called. I know it is all subjective and depends on the crew.   I am just glad to see the defense trying to be more physical.
9. I did not see where Zeitler had signed his contract. Can someone provide a link? I know he is involved in OTAs just thought it was odd. A google search showed nothing either. Also I have requested another id for logging in but this is all I have for now.
10. I would take Bill over Mike any day of the week. My data to support this is to look at what Bill has done compared to how Mike (our current owner and GM) does things. All in all I am happy with the changes Mike has done. I just would like to get a top down organization with one vision and some scouts. Bill could build that here. I honestly would take a guy off the street compared to some of the decisions made up until the last couple years 2009-2011. Also I hope this Rey thing is a mistaken identity but I seriously doubt it.
11. can we hire Bill Polian as GM? Now Please... Just dreaming
12. why do our lineman never cutblock. i wish marvin would have just been marvin
13. Found the show link on the right near the bottom. You do not need to be an Insider. It is just Marvin answering questions. http://espn.go.com/espnradio/show?showId=theherd
14. I wish Simpson would learn how to tap his feet. He is driving me crazy making these great catches and then can not get his feet in bounds. I like Simpson but he is no Jackson. Just look at any game the eagles play. He is a game changer and #1. Simpson is a #2 and took three years to develop.
15. Looks like this might be old news from some research on google, if so feel free to delete.
16. Just heard it on ESPN that Mike Brown wanted Ryan Mallet instead of Andy Dalton. Sheftner went on to say that Gruden and others talked him into Dalton. Glad we got Dalton but I think Mallet will be good to learning under Brady.
17. http://min.scout.com/2/11653.html I was thinking of the Herschel Walker Trade. I hope it turns out the same, however I hope Carson does well and the Bengals make the team better with great drafting. It would be nice to get the value the Cowboys did in this trade. I remain hopeful. 18. Hi everyone, I ran across this on youtube. Thought it was pretty funny hearing Suggs and Cleveland's old coach talk about Palmer. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-1jiI-V1Elo Also I guess I have to get a new name now....
19. If anyone remembers Chris Simms and I think it was Hey Rookie or something like that. John Gruden was riding him hard because he could not say the plays correctly.Jay is running the same offense that was in Tampa or close to it. It sounded pretty hard at least to say. Just wondering if the verb age will be the same. I remember Chucky sayin, I can teach the verb-age to my wife. Pretty funny. One thing I hope Jay brings is that passion and fire. He has to have the players in any event to be successful.
