Raiders need an upgrade from Aidan O'Connell and Jimmy Garropolo. They might give a 2nd for a new QB. Justin Fields or Jake Browning would probably be worth that. Sam Howell would fetch lower compensation.
I'd be fine with trading Browning straight up for Michael Mayer and moving McCarron to QB2.
Call me crazy but I would be all for trading Browning for a second round pick.
I think McCarron has enough tread on his tires via tools and experience to be an excellent backup.
Besides, I think he has a chip on his shoulder (in a good way) to want to prove a point with the Bengals.
Three picks in the top two rounds and so many O linement to choose from.Mimis, Latham, Guyton, Fugal... one should be there
and throw intriguing Center/Interior Line Jackson Powers-Johnson or DL T Sweat into the mix for a high second. Trade up.
But a second for Browning... yes, please.

Id really like to see them grab Joe Milton late.
He needs alot of tutoring but his athleticism and that GUN of an arm make him very intriguing..
Dan Pitcher could work with this kid that hasn't tapped the potential
In his game yet
I think ole Danno would embrace that challenge .
Would Duke and Katy even give it much thought?
Not another project with great potential.
Those guys seem to never work out.

What does this have to do with what I said? I don't come here as often maybe because of snide arse comments like this. And to think I thought you were a good one. Old age getting to you?
WAIT A MINUTE... what did I say that was offensive or aimed at you?
Dang, Mr J@w... I would never do anything close to anything like that about you of all people.
Sorry if I somehow unintentionally did or something I said came off that way. Seriously.

Might have something to do with the fact that they had 44 sacks and ~40% of them came from one guy.
And a couple others were injured.
Hubbard, we now find out, and Ossai.

I don’t know anything about him - but interesting.
I really like this guy.
I was originally thinking/hoping Round 2
but am now thinking if we don't take him in Round 1
Pittsburgh will and in typical Pittsburgh Center form, abuse us
for the next decade.
Can actually see Pittsburgh drafting up to get him if they think we are
interested like the did with (name slips my mind)
High School Harry's other draft faves,
Mims, (now) Guyton and Sweat could slide to Round 2
and if so, trade up and grab one.

I'm sorry, but I just don't care about the Pro Bowl. Not in the former incarnation, not in the new "video game" incarnation.
The players - if they're into it, then good for them! I imagine the draw for them and their wives/family was stronger when it was hosted in Hawaii, since Orlando is such a Mickey Mouse town, but again.... if this is fun for them and they're all happy to be there, that's all that matters IMO.
Was it this board or another where one of the posters said he was in the service in/near one of the places it was held (Hawaii?) and they were
giving tix to the guys on base just to have people in the stands.

I heard that his sister, Lucy, will be assigned as a Special Teams assistant coach, working specifically with the place kick holder specialists.

I had to remember that he was once an NFL player:

RIP, Apollo.
I'll never forget the scene where he's watching Rocky beat his meat on TV.

Van Pelt joins the Patriots from the Cleveland Browns, with whom he spent the past four seasons as offensive coordinator under head coach Kevin Stefanski.

Nobody is going to come in and do the cha cha slide like Jose
Jose does an excellent busting of those moves behind the line. Lots
of practice even when the hole is there.
Two steps up, two steps back, fall on his ass and jump up beating his chest.

Bengals can easily afford all 3 of Joe, Ja'Marr, and Tee. The cap hits get spread over the life of the deal and the cashflow is already available.
They can more easily afford Ja'Marr and Tee without the salary of Jose Mix'on.

The biggest decision on Joe Mixon is who do we get to fill his roster spot?

Ridiculous article.
Good, Bad, Ugly or Meh Myles Murphy is our guy
and dumb ass speculation 20/20 hind sight is useless.
I'm still pissed that we took Jackson Carman over Creed Humphrey.
