akiliMVP
Re-sign FB Jeremi Johnson - He's probably the most underrated player on the Bengals. LB Marcus Wilkins - A good special teams player, and should be very cheap. LB Hannibal Navies - Reliable special teams player and spot starter. Release DT John Thornton - Mediocre at the very best, salary is well above what he should be paid. S Kim Herring - Problems staying healthy, has likely lost a step or two. CB Greg Brooks - Has not had an impact at all in three years, has many injury issues. G/C Larry Moore - Expendable now that Wilkerson is healthy. QB Doug Johnson - Will likely get beat out during training camp. Free agents DT Sam Adams - He's old but still pretty reliable. Should come at a decent price. S Lawyer Milloy - A veteran leader that would be a great addition to our young defense. He has lost a step but is still at least 10x better than Ohalete. QB Jamie Martin - A reliable veteran that has played for Zampese. Draft 1. DT Gabe Watson, Michigan 2. CB Jonathan Joseph, South Carolina 3. DE Ray Edwards, Purdue 3. S Roman Harper, Alabama 4. TE Tony Scheffler, Western Michigan 5. WR Willie Reid, Florida State 6. OG Adam Stenavich, Michigan 7. P Ryan Plackmeier, Wake Forest 7. OLB Will Derting, Washington State Roster QB - Palmer, Martin, Krenzel RB - Rudi, Perry, Q. Wilson FB - Jeremi Johnson TE - Kelly, Scheffler, Ghent, St. Louis WR - Chad, Housh, Henry, Tab, Reid LT - Levi, Kieft LG - Steinbach, Wilkerson C - Braham, Ghuichiac RG - Williams, Stenavich RT - Anderson, Andrews DE - Justin Smith, Geathers, Edwards, Fanene DT - Adams, Watson, Smith, Askew, Robinson LOLB - Pollack, Landon MLB - Thurman, Miller ROLB - Simmons, Wilkins, Navies CB - O'Neal, James, Ratliff, Joseph, Body FS - Madieu, Kase SS - Milloy, Harper K - Graham P - Plackemeier I think we would flat out dominate with this team. Guest Bengals1181
honestly, a very 'eh draft.
Guest Whodey420
I see you have Navies down as one to resign but I dont see him on your roster. Take Landon off the roster as the backup at strongside backer and put him as Simmons backup at weakside. Put Navies as Pollack's backup at strongside backer. Use that last 7th round pick on someone besides Derting. I guess I could live with that and Im guessing that Reid can return punts as well? Guest Bengals1181
yes, Reid is a PR. He singlehandedly kept FSU in the Penn State game.

Also, since signing Dexter Jackson i think that takes the S out of the first round also (i do like harper in the 4th though). with that said the glaring defiencies are at TE and CB and maybe even DE if someone like Hali or Kiwanuka is available, but no 3-4 tweeners, i think we need a solid 4-3 DE with size. also, the right side of our line needs attention. rich braham is 90 yrs old and i believe willie anderson's contract is up next season. Bobbie Williams is okay for now, but i would bring in someone to compete for that job. what do you guys think about N. Mangold in the first. i know it's not a real need now, but Braham is probably in his last year. my draft 1. Hail, Kiwanuka (probably not going to happen, but maybe) Pope, Mangold, or Carpenter (Simmons is old too and I think he might be the best available here) 2. The Dubya DT's 3. Demario Minter CB UGA 3. somebody sign kwash because i really like r edwards here if we do other than de in the first or go with klopenstein TE colrado here. (watch for one of those high safeties or cb/s tweeners falling to here j. allen, maybe) 4. still need antoher te here. i do like scheffler, but what about grooming drew olson, i think he is pretty similar to carson palmer and i don't know if he drops any farther than the fourth. Guard or Tackle is also a possibility 5. Free falling all the way down to the 5th, Greg Blue S UGA 6. best wr because c henry doesn't possess the type of attitude/work ethic/citizen that should be in the nfl. should probably be in jail. love his talent, but seriously, you make millions, get insurance and a drivers license, don't shoot people, or even act like it, and stop smoking the ganja. 7. depth at the O line..... i really think people are over looking the right side of the line, maybe one more year at the most with us. let me know how bad my first mock was
