And this one belongs to the Reds!!!

Weathers closes it out..

Reds win 11-9!!

Only 9.5 back :D
What a wild game that was!!!

Dumatrait & Santos had some serious control problems, but great job by Majewski, Bray, Burton, and Weathers to not allow any more runs.

Good to see Josh Hamilton go yard again, especially in a tie game in the 8th.

Also, how about Jorgenson getting a Homer for his first ML hit? :o

9.5 games out...first time in quite a while the Reds have been under 10 games back. It looks to me that the Cubs and Brewers are doing a great job of trying to BLOW this division. Good thing we get the slumping Brewers this weekend too :)
OH WELL...at least the Reds got those 4 runs back real quickly. But seriously, what the fuck is up with the poor base running?
"Farney" is still on the team :P

the cardinals are beating the brewers again..If we win today we could gain some serious ground especially when we play milwaukee again after this series

The way Milwaukee and the Cubs are playing, the Reds can make up some serious ground. I remember we were 17.5 games back at one point. Now just 9.5 back with 9 games left against MIL and 7 games (including today) left against the Cubs.

Back to back singles for the Cubs...is it too much to ask for a 1,2,3 inning?
