BuckWoody
Turnovers. Turnovers. Turnovers. DAMN! Well, they took the "best team in the league" down to the wire but they just couldn't make the break they needed. Lots to be happy about on O, other than the TO's. The D did do well in the second half other than the first and last drives. Not enough, though...but progress is being made. Hope Carson is OK for next week. STRAYCAT
Well this is the Maj thought.....The Bengals have a LOT of things to address this week. The rush defense was not good today, but you didn't see the stats from Dillon because of the complete lack of need to run the football. The secondary needs some sort of pep talk or a Coverage 101 course. Tory James oughta be front and center for playing SO soft today. He's cost us this game and they just keep going after him play after play. It's sad because in reality, the Bengals outplayed the Pats on offense and were at least comparable on defense today. The 3 turnovers and the inability of the secondary to cover receivers cost us this game.I found this on the bengal's insider and thought it summed this game up.......We played great,we just have to take that next step........ <{POST_SNAPBACK}>That is what Marvin is talking about..finish plays. STRAYCAT
I'm not into moral victories but we did have one. Take the turnovers away and we beat them easy.
