The Entertainer Posted May 29, 2006 Report Share Posted May 29, 2006 Which Red would you cut? I voted for Larue, even though Merker and Chamblis would tie for 2nd. I am getting tired of the Reds carrying 3 catchers. Larue may be a "captain", but his offense sucks and his defense, as of late, is not much better. Give the roster spot to a pitcher from AAA or AA- a reliever or a starter. Chamblis needs to be let go of, too. He is the one that I hold responsible for the lack of offense. With all of our great batters, there is no escuse why Dunn is only hitting singles or striking out all the time and why we can't drive in anyone once they reach 2nd base.
