Wilt obviously wouldn't average 50 & 20, but I don't think 30 & 15 would be out of the question. Even today there's not a physical specimen like him. Hakeem and David Robinson were close, but they didn't have quite the same explosive athleticism. So, basically, I think Wilt > any big man in today's game. Even Duncan couldn't handle him.
