Who can I package to get another starting RB?

I'm in a 16 team league, start 3 RBs and 3 WRs, fairly standard scoring with one GLARING exception...1 POINT PER COMPLETION for QBs. Yep thats right, 23 QBs scored more points than Chris Johnson last season. The top 7 doubled CJs point total. Crazy, I know, but it is what it is. Oh yeah and we play with a Defensive player who gets pretty solid points, typically the 3rd-6th highest scorer on the team.

So clearly I lack a standout WR, Floyd will get his looks in a pass happy offense especially with Jackson holding out, and Britt is a #1 in TEN. But I'm okay with weak WRs so long as I can land another starting RB. I targeted J. Finley because I think he's going to have a break out year, but V. Davis was the best option at that time so I picked him up figuring I could deal him.

Who do you think I could/should try to package with V. Davis to land another starting RB? Or would you suggest trying to get another WR? We get points for individual special teams play so I'm okay with 1 RB and 1 WR being primarily returners, but I'd prefer a starter.
