|Bunghole| Posted March 18, 2011 Report Share Posted March 18, 2011 Here's a link to a short (5 and a half minutes) narrated film that takes you through what is thought to be the only photographic evidence of the plight of Hungarian Jews shipped off to Auschwitz-Birkenau in 1944. The thing that strikes me looking at the faces in these pictures is not their fear, pain and sadness, which is obvious. Its me imagining the lost futures of the children that were murdered there, the lives they could have led that they will never have known, the pure innocence of them. Brutal, but a good reminder of just how deep into evil the human race is capable of descending. Also, for shits and giggles, there's been some new research into the legacy of Napoleon and some of the stuff being uncovered is pretty gruesome. Great read. I have seen the Auschwitz footage before.. But I had no idea Napoleon was so nefarious... Supposedly he is one of the 3 Antichrists predicted by Nostradamus... I always thought he seemed out of place... Sure he was a powerful emperor who kicked a bunch of ass... but Antichrist? Napoleon, Hitler, ?? Seems a little more plausible now. [/quote] If all of that article about Napoleon is true, then Hitler paying homage to his tomb is pretty creepy indeed. Did you watch the short (5 1/2 minutes) video on the Auschwitz album?
