That is about to change The NCAA, in attempt to fend off the next lawsuit, is trying to put together a revenue sharing program with the athletes with NIL being the reason. They have lost every lawsuit so this will probably happen in some form. The only problem is now the Title IX types are getting involved demanding equal pay for all athletes. Its going to be a mess.

Kind of the million dollar question. They looked better at the end of the season with some of the young guys but we didn’t exactly finish the season playing the hardest teams.

I hate to echo Go on this but we fucking need players. Let me rephrase this: We need decent NFL starters. We simply need to be OK at defense, not 25th (2024) or 31st (2023) out of 32.

In ND’s case they can pay what they need to but it is still run like a business at most schools. The ADs don’t want to overpay anyone, they can always find a good use for spare money.

I have no dog in this hunt but what were his fucking assistants doing? I watched the game live. SF2, a guy that’s head spins when someone talks about cover 2. I was calmly saying call a time out. 5 seconds later I am like, “What are you fucking doing”? He has assistants! In particular, the offensive coordinator should have screamed, “Call a fucking time out!!!”
