  1. The Rest of the Top Ten 6. Dolphins at Chargers 7. Jaguars at Bills 8. Patriots at Raiders 9. Bengals at Jaguars 10. Texans at Panthers Don't shoot the messenger poster, I think it is a pant load, too.
  2. If the Bengals have any Monday night game I hope it's on the road.
  3. Thanks and I agree. Didn't know much about him. Just threw it out there for gits and shiggles.
  4. https://sportsnaut.com/titans-cut-taylor-lewan-nfl-free-agency/ Tennessee Titans cut 3-time Pro Bowler Taylor Lewan: 4 logical landing spots in NFL free agency Cincinnati Bengals For as talented as the Cincinnati Bengals’ offense has been the last two seasons, their offensive line has been their Achilles heel. Even at full strength and with a stud tackle like La’el Collins, it is not up to the level it needs to be to keep superstar QB Joe Burrow upright and healthy all season. Lewan’s injury history should worry Cincy considering what they dealt with in the playoffs, but his talent is worth the risk in trying to get back to the Super Bowl in 2023. ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::; With our history of Rent-A-Tackle and as a place holder/bookmark until (dare I say it) next year's draft... If the price is right, add him to the mix at ORT with injury prone L'Eel and underachieving dicy Carman and Joe Baggadonuts they picked up in free agency earlier... Dunno... Whattaya think, Vern? Oh... the other three "logical landing sites" were Chicago, Seattle and Houston
  5. Aaron Rogers a Jet. Yeah, who cares? But one fewer QB will be taken before the Bengals with a player more of interest to us gone, disrupts the dynamics.
  6. I would prefer a simple "No, we were going to cut his dumb ass, anyway."
  7. CINCINNATI (WXIX) - A former Cincinnati Bengals player has been sentenced to six months in jail, according to court records. Michael Johnson must spend 180 days in jail, Sports Illustrated reported. The sports magazine says that the sentencing is in connection to the former defensive end not paying $96,000 in attorney fees, child support and spousal support to his wife. Sports Illustrated reports that his wife and her attorney say Johnson has over $10 million in assets and has not paid the money he owes. In 2017, Johnson was the Bengals’ nominee for the Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Award. He has not played in the NFL since 2018.
  8. The NFL has come down hard on five players for violating the league’s gambling policy, suspending three players indefinitely and giving two others six-game suspensions. "Quintez Cephus and C.J. Moore of the Detroit Lions, and Shaka Toney of the Washington Commanders, are suspended indefinitely through at least the conclusion of the 2023 season for betting on NFL games in the 2022 season," the NFL said in a press release. "These players may petition for reinstatement at the conclusion of the 2023 season. The league also suspended Lions wide receivers Stanley Berryhill and Jameson Williams for six games.
  9. Which is why I cut my comment short. There are lots of surveillance cameras there, we walk right down Walnut between 5th and 4th on our way to the stadium. Just not sure what or how much it shows. Keep my speculation to myself Also from the article (Legal Analysis Mark) "Krumbein said refiling charges after a dismissal is not typical." which does not sound good. https://www.fox19.com/2023/04/19/joe-mixon-appear-court-wednesday-january-incident/ But, yeah, cut his ass now and get it over with.
  10. In all that blah blah blah there is something about him being on a video surveillance camera. Don't know what it caught so....
  11. CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Cincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon pleaded not guilty Wednesday when he appeared in court on a charge from an incident in January. Wednesday’s hearing was the first since a misdemeanor charge of aggravated menacing and not blocking worth a shit was refiled against Mixon on April 7. After he pleaded not guilty to the charge, the judge set Mixon’s bond at $10,000. The charge stems from a claim that the Bengals running back pointed a gun at someone on Jan. 21 in the 300 block of Walnut Street in downtown Cincinnati, according to the initial complaint. Mixon is accused of telling the victim, “You should be popped in the face. I should shoot you. The police can’t get me,” court records detailed. The victim told officers the threat was a result of “road rage,” the incident report reads.
  12. I honestly did not mean to stir up this shit storm and the only thing I know and am sure of about T-Dub is that he's an orange and black bleeding Bengals fan and I am very OK with that and would buy him the liquid beverage of his choice any time.
  13. Squeeler fans come to the game drunk on cheap piss Arn Sitty. I still chuckle when I think of the time I saw a Squeel fan carried IN to the game comatose drunk. I guess drunks are supposedly not allowed in now. P.S. Just noticed the guy in the pic is a Clowns fan wearing a rainbow belt and waiving a Butt Lite. Coincidence? I don't think so...
  14. The Pittsburgh Stealers have released outside linebacker Jamir Jones, the team announced on Wednesday. The move comes as a surprise, as Jones had been an exclusive-rights free agent earlier this offseason and the team chose to offer him a one-year contract tender. Jones re-signed with the team on Feb. 27. Jones, 24, had been the team’s fourth outside linebacker in 2022 and with No. 3 Malik Reed not re-signed, seemed poised to reprise that role in 2023.
  15. Donald Trump announces his 2024 Vice Presidential running mate
  16. LOL at the look on Donald Trump's face. He be like... "Who da fuk are you?"
  17. A few days before Joe and his team left for the playoff game in Buffalo there was a ‘road rage’ incident downtown. “A young lady felt she was cut off by a driver and so she showed him her middle finger. She reported that the driver of that other vehicle pulled up next to her, pointed a handgun at her and said he should shoot her in the face. “The young lady’s statement continues that she held her cell phone and told him that she was going to call the police. The male driver with the gun told her that the police can’t touch him. Well, his response might actually be rather accurate! “A very experienced detective from the Cincinnati Police Central Business Section was assigned the case. The detective went about his work as usual. He discovered video evidence and had the reported victim in to view a photo line-up, in which she pointed out Joe who runs with a football.
  18. Remember this? Don't want to start another thread... https://www.fox19.com/2023/04/07/criminal-charge-against-joe-mixon-refiled-january-incident-police-say/ Criminal charge against Joe Mixon refiled for January incident, police say By Jared Goffinet Published: Apr. 7, 2023 at 11:34 AM EDT|Updated: 2 hours ago CINCINNATI (WXIX) - A criminal charge against Cincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon has been refiled, the Cincinnati Police Department announced Friday. The misdemeanor charge of aggravated menacing stems from a claim that Mixon pointed a gun at someone on Jan. An arrest warrant for Mixon was issued on Feb. 2, but just a day later, the charge filed by Officer Jeff Ruberg was dismissed at the request of city prosecutors. The arrest warrant against Mixon was issued prematurely and resulted from a procedural misstep, the Cincinnati Police Department said in a Feb. 3 written statement. Cincinnati police said Friday that new evidence was found during their investigation which led to the misdemeanor aggravated menacing charge against Mixon being refiled. Mixon is scheduled to appear in court on April 19 at 12:30 p.m., according to police. The Bengals did release a statement following Friday’s announcement from Cincinnati police. Officer Ruberg, who filed the initial charge, was later disciplined, Lt. Jonathan Cunningham said previously.
