  1. Bo Nix is a type of QB that works in Peyton's system. He threw more to halfbacks than any QB in the NCAA last year.
  2. Great pick, though. Cousins' time is numbered, and he's probably tradeable a year or two considering how much a Starting QB gets. I also know that it takes 2 QB's to get through a 21-game season if you expect to win the Super Bowl. And, shouldn't the Super Bowl be the goal? Penix also gives them a chance to resign London and Pitts and this RB who is pretty good before having to resign Penix.
  3. It was 50-50 if the Giants would take WR or QB with the 6th pick, or if the Chargers would make a trade. I think it is just too difficult to move up this season to move into those spots.
  4. Latham kept rising and the Titans must have fell in love with him.
  5. So, that one Center is the one we took, apparently, because if ours wasn't a bust, then they need to redefine the definition of bust.
  6. It's Harbaugh....run, run, run, run, run. He's going to turn Herbert into a clock manager.
  7. Isn't DET 1B (behind Philadelphia) for Meth Capital of the U. S.?
  8. Glad John Ross isn't available. I think the Bengals are done taking injury risks in the 1st Rd.
  9. With the Warriors pick I would like them to choose from https://www.hoopsrumors.com/2024/04/potential-lottery-pick-tidjane-salaun-entering-draft.html , Zack Edey and Kyle Filipowski. With the Blazers pick, which could be #1 through #8, I hope they can land one of Zaccharie Risacher, Alex Sarr, Donovan Clingan, & Matas Buzelis, and end up getting a 2 frontline players from their two lottery picks.
  10. That's got to be mis-information. Why would John Schneider reveal that type of information that could leak out to anyone? Makes zero sense.
  11. Of those 7 round mock drafts, I like the one from the NFL the best. It has the most QB's going in the top of the draft, and I think one more goes for a total of 6 in the first 12 picks, though I think that DEN leapfrogs MIN and gets Mix, while the Vikings, afraid of losing Jefferson, take Penix, Jr. I like the idea of the Colts moving ahead of the JETS at #9 and taking Bowers, making it likely for the JETS to swap picks with the Broncos and surprising the Vikings, who didn't see the JETS not getting Bowers. Of course, it's also possible for the Broncos to trade with the #9 Bears to take Nix, but the Colts have a 2nd this year to offer the Bears and the Broncos don't. Bottom line is that the Vikings don't get Nix.
  12. I think letting Tart leave without signing him is because they are targeting a few DT's in the draft for either the 1st or 2nd Round, and if they get one of them, then they don't add another DT. If the first two rounds go by and they don't get a DT, I think they then hit FA one more time and try to get Tart (hopefully Cox, instead).
