Rumble In the Jungle
How come I can't pair my phone Bluetooth with my ipad Bluetooth? It shows it on both but wont pair!
-GoBengals-
to do what? you cant bluetooth file transfer, and one isnt an audio device, so neither shows a bluetooth profile it can use, so it wont pair.. if you did a bluetooth data connection from the droid the ipad would connect to that connection, but only for internet use.. the two cant communicate via bluetooth so they dont pair.. Rumble In the Jungle
I wanted to share pictures and videos from either or. When I try to pair them they read eachother but message on the iPad says turn your Motorola Razr Maxx HD Bluetooth on or bring the phone closer but still won't connect! -GoBengals-
yea thats not going to happen. for the same reason you can only add music and stuff via itunes or online purchase, etc.. there is likely a clunky shitty 3rd party software workaround.. OH, or just use dropbox... load everything on dropbox and you can download it to eachother FROm dropbox.. or photobucket, etc...

-GoBengals-
Got it. Thanks Ryan. But yea, I thought Bluetooth is Bluetooth know what I mean? it is, however it has profile types. so back in the day it would show them when you synced with a phone, a2dp was for music via bluetooth, and a bluetooth headset shows up as "audio device" first then the product name takes over... and there are different versions of bluetooth, 1.1, 1.2 2.0. 2.1, 2.2 etc all have different features.. im sure both the ipad and phone are most modern versions, but their profiles dont really offer any features to eachother.. so they just but heads,.
