OK.  Create table or import table into Excel or similar then "COPY".  Then go to Full Editor.  Paste table into posting section.  Then click Enable HTML ? checkbox.  Then go to the top of your posting while still in Full Editor and change table border="0" to something like table border="5"

Thanks.  This is by no means a guarantee the table will not stretch across the page like we had happen before but it seems as if this method prevents that for the most part.
