Quick Jersey Size Question

I'm buying one of those Devon Still Jerseys.  I see it's a Nike Game Replica jersey which looks like its a bit smaller than the Reebok.

 

If I wear a size XL t-shirt, would a size XL Nike jersey be the right choice, i.e. true enough to size???

 

I'm looking for some guidance since I've never bought a "real" jersey before, just the K-Mart crap, and I know a lot of you guys have the better stuff and would know about how they fit.

I bought one.  My Reeboks are XLs and my Nike is an XXL.  The nike is made smaller and I like my jerseys to be a little loose so I can put sweatshirts underneath during the winter games.

The XL Nike was a tiny bit close when layering under it.  I ordered an XXL because I prefer the "tent" look
