yeah, it doesn't seem like there are huge changes... much better look though.. i did like the new search features.. i have google desktop on my computer b/c the old search on windows blew pretty bad...

but of coarse, i'll let everyone else buy it and find the problems before i upgrade xp... it has been pretty good to me...

nice bsod :D

longhorn/vista should be pretty cool, but yeah jamie, they've cut out some of the really cool stuff. apparently, a lot of the fun features will wind up being released for xp as well. my guess is that you really won't bother upgrading to vista until you purchase a new computer a year or so from now.

[quote name='Jason' date='Jul 27 2005, 08:54 PM']I'm sure it will crash just the same as every other Windows program.

Tiger is the way to go!

I could crash it im sure, no system is 100% uncrashable. You must be talking Win 95 as well, XP is pretty darn stable.

Whenever I crash XP (not very often) it usually just reboots itself. Which is exactly what I would have done anyway. Just saves me the trouble. :)

OK, so now we've got the "red screen of death". Eh... doesn't have quite the same ring to it.
