[post="120224"]<{POST_SNAPBACK}>[/post]
yeah, it doesn't seem like there are huge changes... much better look though.. i did like the new search features.. i have google desktop on my computer b/c the old search on windows blew pretty bad... but of coarse, i'll let everyone else buy it and find the problems before i upgrade xp... it has been pretty good to me...
July 27, 200519 yr comment_120228 oh yeah, supposidely the "blue screen of death" is actually going to be red now:
July 27, 200519 yr comment_120239 Most of the changes are under the hood, however im a bit dissapointed they arent going to the new WinFS file system.
July 27, 200519 yr comment_120383 nice bsod longhorn/vista should be pretty cool, but yeah jamie, they've cut out some of the really cool stuff. apparently, a lot of the fun features will wind up being released for xp as well. my guess is that you really won't bother upgrading to vista until you purchase a new computer a year or so from now.

Which is exactly what I would have done anyway. Just saves me the trouble.
