I am here baby.....we will recover we always do.....and then kill the other comferences in Bowl games. I for the life of me can't figure out why Tressel did'nt stick with Troy Smith after his touchdown drive. SEC football is to the Big Ten what the Browns are to pro football.......

The most frustrating thing is the Buckeye's outplayed Texas in everything, but the final score.....and Musberger is a total ass.....

Well, we know that a L-10 team won't be going to the Rose Bowl, so I pick
USC-Georgia.

The Outback Bowl has been a matchup from #4-5 SEC/Little 10 teams since 1996, and the SEC teams have won 5 out of 9 times, often convincingly

PRO-BOWL ROSTERS by Conference (AFC Only, not including Special Teamers
SEC-14
Pac 10-11
ACC-5
Big 12-4
LITTLE 10-4
Big East-2

Other (MAC, WAC, etc.)-5
meanwhile, the homeless Tigers of LSU went to Arizona State and pulled out a  win...

I am a Buckeye fan and a little upset; it was a great game. Don.'t care for the two-headed QB; should of stayed with Smith and didn't care for the playcalling on the last series of the drive on the missed field-goal attempt.

But, congrats to LSU, if any team needed to win yesterday it was the Bayou Tigers.
BTW, I have to confess my bias, my son will be pitching for LSU in the spring as the projected Closer. Hey, he will be a Bengal. :D

Go Bengals, Go Bucks, Geaux Tigers

and while their may be fisticuffs on who rules Football, the SEC usually Dominates Baseball (as well as about 3 Big 12 teams).

If he is their starting closer, he will get drafted.

He's played with and against the #1 and #4 players drafted this year:
Justin Upton (Arizonia Diamondbacks, still negotiating signing bonus) and Ryan Zimmerman (Washington Nationals) in addition to Justins older brother BJ ( #2 overall, Tampa Bay).

A damn good SS/2b (glove, range and arm), hit .425 1 Hr with 12 bunt-singles.
But his pitching attributes out-weigh, he has topped at 93(four-seam) 88-91 (two-seamer) complemented by a hard-biting slider ala Rob Dibble. Currently perfecting his change-up, but it's his nasty disposition (highly competetive nature, at 5'11" & 178lbs he thinks he's 6'4, 240lbs) that makes him best suited as a closer.
