Cincinnati’s Week 15 home game against the Vikings that was already listed as a TBD could very well get flexed into a Thursday slot. But that week already has some premier divisional games and Cincinnati’s is merely a cross-conference affair.
At least for this year, the rule change shouldn’t have a big impact on the Bengals.
Can't get it out of my head that Watson is about to be involved with a fuck up of major proportions and be out of the NFL for a long
period of time or perhaps permanently. Maybe one of his one night stands from a decade or so will suddenly decide it was rape and
sue him.
Too bad we see him in the first game of the season because I think he will be bye bye by Bye Week.
From the guy who is wrong far more often than right...
***** This is exactly why they did it. Trying to exploit what they perceive as a Bengal weakness.
Yes. Beating the top team in the division twice will go a long way to getting them in the playoffs and keeping us out.
If the Bengals do not find a solution to the question mark at ORT we currently have.
Getting someone in the backfield that can block and keep Joe Burrow from getting cheap shotted would help
a lot, too, and that leaves out Joe Sixgun.
And this guy will help win a few more of their games too.
Just me and I know it's not the same but I consider the 4:30 games as nationally televised and prime time and like them better because I don't have to get home or finish watching them late and get up and go to work the next morning.
Oh, yeah. I 100% agree but since we are going into the season with three quality Safeties, how about making one a part time Tight End coverage specialist
esp vs teams with a strong TE? TE's were Marvin killers for most of his time here.
All this hype for a game that's 7 1/2 months away.
I love it!
Also give me 7 1/2 months to come up with a way to tell
Lady Friend Lorraine that we aren't doing anything New
Years Eve.
My New Years plans are to come home, build a nice fire in
the fireplace and bond with the Bengals.
Actually, can't think of a better way to bring in 2024 than
with a Big W over the Kansas City Kermits.
FWIW...
Bengals will not play internationally in 2023
Jacksonville will be playing the Atlanta Falcons and Tennessee will take on one of the Bengals' divisional rivals, Baltimore, in London while Kansas City will face off against the Miami Dolphinsin Frankfurt.
Just saw that, too, on Bengals Wire.
Wednesday, the NFL announced the Bengals will visit the Chiefs in Week 17 on New Year’s Eve, a 4:25 p.m. ET Thursday kickoff in primetime.
4:25?
I'm thinking we play the Rats in prime time opening weekend,
prob Sunday night. Not sure if here or there.
Prime time vs the Chiefs for sure, maybe Christmas Eve Sunday
or Christmas Day Monday Night.
My Debbie Downer thought is he (and others) are one injury from killing an entire season or more.
Also... putting that much money into one guy is going to come back and bite them in the financial butt sooner rather than later.
The Rest of the Top Ten
6. Dolphins at Chargers
7. Jaguars at Bills
8. Patriots at Raiders
9. Bengals at Jaguars
10. Texans at Panthers
Don't shoot the messenger poster, I think it is a pant load, too.
