You can crop, cut, copy, paste, contrast, change image size, desaturate, paint your own stuff, type effects, filters, all kinds of cool stuff. As far as the size. It usually depends on how many times different files are zipped up in one manner or another. A copy of Maya I found was very small, good for dl, but I had to unzip (use winrar) the file, then unzip separate files within there, twice.
