sparky151
http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2014/06/20/appeals-court-reinstates-collusion-case/ The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals has reinstated the NFLPA's collusion lawsuit over the uncapped year and ordered it to go to trial. The league thought the new CBA released all claims but the court said otherwise. Discovery should be interesting. The Cowboys and Redskins might get their cap space back that they were docked. Maybe John Mara of the Giants who suggested the punishments will see his own team punished in some way.
|Numbers|
Ouch. That would severely hurt the Giants but this is still pretty early in the case. We'll have to periodically check back on this one.
