Twenty two million will get you a top of the league caliber CB. That's the first place I'd look. 

 

There isn't much young, proven Bengals talent to extend apart from Chase. Dax will be eligible for an extension after the upcoming season but he hasn't shown much so far and doesn't look to be in position to make that case this year either.
