I always thought he was victimized by Marvin's patented favoritism of playing and continuing to play poorer players as if to prove a point. I can't even recall the name of the ass hat guard Marv played forever while CW sat as if Marv was trying to prove a point with the loser that he, Marv, was right, as always and the guy was going to come around and Marv could say "I told you so". Its Time We Talk About Adam ... He was involved in yet another moronic episode that was worth of The Big Bang Theory (which, admittedly, have never watched) or some other moronic sitcom. I would say he was drunk, got stiffed by a prostitute (and not the way he was anticipating) and was pounding on doors in an upscale hotel downtown generally making an ass of himself. Lots of practice. He gets arrested, continues to make an ass of himself by being argumentative and vulgar swearing at a police officer. Moronic, yes. But if it had been Adam Sandler rather than Adam Jones, laughable. Well, if anything Adam Sandler does is laughable but that's not the point. Mr. Jones was vilified and publicly drawn and quartered with something that was only newsworthy because it was Adam. In the long run, no one was hurt. He's suspended. The Stealers week in week out deliberately try to injure other players on the field of play. Mike Mitchell, Ryan Brazier and they even add a cheap shot artist from Cleveland. Even Bent gets in on the act (didn't see nor the film clip). So... Shit gets old...

James Brooks. Not sure how Ashley Ambrose and Deltha O'Neil got here via trade or something but they did well for awhile. One went to the pro bowl once as a Bengal.

With the 53 man roster, one must always leave a little wiggle room for late cuts by other teams the Bengals will add that will bump a bubble player or two. As far as Margus... I am a big fan and that usually does not bode well for the player. What I thought was he was pretty much a one trick pony last week. That said, he did usually end up in the Tampex Bay backfield rather than being blown off the play like some others... I don't think he's lazy or anything like that, he is simply rather stoic and does not show a lot of emotion or celebrating or whatever. One play that may have gone unnoticed was I think he was on the ground in the trash and caught the running back's ankles or calves and it not bringing him down, held him up for the rest of the D to catch up with him.
