calibengalfan Posted December 20, 2004 Report Share Posted December 20, 2004 I've been to one '49ers game (Monday night vs. Philly, they lost) and 5 Chargers games (I refuse to go to Oakland), and I actually like the Chargers. Their fans have always been extremely, well, subdued I guess. I was there last year when we beat them, and yet even though I was on the home field side, 10 rows from the field, they were still cool. This year was the first time I saw a home team win while attending the game (Jags @ SD) and while the majority of them were still down to earth, I saw more fights than ever. I think the fact that half of the stadium was chanting "Raiders Suck" started alot of it, but cmon, the Raiders do suck. Anyways, I'm happy for the Chargers, and hope they keep doing well.
