Game Day Goodies....

Since we have so many people in different
states and areas... I thought it would be cool
if everyone gave their recipes for appetizers
and snacks
that others might not have tried before...

give us your best!!

just an example...these used to be a Westside thing...

Salami Roll-ups....
just spread cream cheese on a piece of hard salami
and roll it up....

you can also add jalepeno pieces, worcester sauce...

this is just an example but quick and easy...delicious....
I'll add more later.

Ruben Roll Ups:

Refigerated pizza dough rolled out and cut length wise into two equal pieces.

In a bowl:

1/3 cup mayo
1 tbs dijion mustard
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
2 cups swiss cheese (shredded)
1 cup chopped corned beef
1 cup drained and dried kraut

Put down middle of each pizza dough, roll up. Bake at 400 for about 10 min. Cool and cut into sands. May I suggest doubling the recipe.

Well, I don't tailgate regularly.

But a buddy of mine with a bunch of his friends are Eagles season ticket holders.

One guy had to go to a wedding so he invited me down for their game against the Ratbirds.

Went to Atlantic City the night before. :D

Anyway, we started tailgating at around 9am.

They made the BEST frikkin sandwiches.

Three fried eggs on a wedge (grinder, hero, sub etc.) with American cheese and spicy Italian sausage.

mmmm... heart attack.

good eatins. :)

That sounds AWESOME!

Call me stupid, but how do you cut a pizza crust lengthwise? Isn't it usually round?
Man, when did this turn into a sewing circle/recipe exchange? The estrogen level in this thread is too high.
[post="66982"][/post]
I didn't see anything about sewing in this thread and the
BEOTCH doesn't sew!

The refrigerated ones (by the refrigerated biscuts) are rectangular. Might I suggest the Kroger brand?

And, of course, the memorable Chili Dip (w/ Canned Dixie-best in the can and, later, on the can). As long as you don't use Gold Star, you can't go wrong here.

Beer Cheese is easy to make, and great.
Fried Foods are usually too time consuming, to be honest with you.

(shameless attempt to own every board at the same time-1/2 way there)
