So I'm just throwing this out there to see if it is possible. As many of you know, I've been working with CMSMS to revamp a website. What I'd like to do is: 1. Be able to input Name, Office Phone, Office Hours, a Staff picture, etc. (Into a DB, I'm guessing, that would share space with CMSMS). 2. Have a page automatically pull all the information and format that appropriately on the page for multiple people. (So if I have 4 faculty members, have it spit out all the information on one page). 3. I’m hoping that I can use this information on multiple pages (there will be one page with a faculty listing, and each person has a Bio page). 4. The trick is to set this up so people with low to medium experience can use it. So is this doable/not super hard? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Your requirements sound an awful lot like an "authors" module, except instead of author, call it "faculty". I'd be willing to bet that there's an answer on their forum, if it is at all vibrant.
