Less way too early group mock draft-come make a pick

Recommended Posts

I will start picking and we can go from there. Only rule is that you can't pick after yourself. Put down why you drafted the guy.

We will go by the GBN draft order. I can change as needed and if it is functionally possible.

Colts. QB Andrew Luck Stanford

Luck is a stud. This is the pick even if he does not stay in Indy.

Rams-CB Morris Claiborne LSU

I think it would be cool to say why you think they should take a different pick then last draft if that guy is available and if you think they should ...so I am doing that.

Traded for Brandon Loyd and although he is a FA I bet he stays. Also have Pettis and Salas and Alexander and Amendola so as long as they get a #1 I bet they can find a 2-3-4. CB is a major need.

Carolina was tempted to take a lineman to help protect Newton but instead goes with hometown boy (sort of) Alshon Jeffrey, WR, South Carolina. Steve Smith is still a threat this year, but he is getting old fast. Newton is going to need a weapon of the future like those lucky guys in Cincinnati have with Green and Dalton.

Cardinals - ILB Vontaze Burliflict, Arizona State
The Cards' two middle linebacker's are ancient. Taz suffers from Maualuga syndrome but is much more athletic and a 3-4 will mask some of the over pursuit problems. O-line is a bigger need but none available are worth this high of a pick.

Bengals-Alfonzo Dennard, Neberaska

Bengals have to get out of the first round with a Corner and OL IMO. They pick again in 3 picks so its likely that they will get whatever they don't take here. Dennard, Jenkins, Glenn and DeCastro are all on the board. I take Dennard as I think he is more of a sure thing at the position and if the 2 guards happened to go back to back we would not really hurt ourselves as much getting a guard in FA or taking another corner at 20.
