[/quote] property tax im sure is a nightmare, however it looks like the energy bills might not be, there are conservatively 30-40 solar panels on the roof (in banks of 5-6, hard to tell) i was quoted that 2-4 would power my house year round here, and with that house being nearly 10x the size of mine, it looks like he may even be profiting off of the solar panels on that joint, well actually probably just breaking even as i assume there are theatre rooms and stuff using more energy than normal... smart move on the solar panels at least...
