So, what I want to know is why the Democrat controlled state and city didn't use the money from the Army corps of engineers to reinforce the levies? If they knew it was a problem, why didn't they fix it?

Why are there so many poor people in Louisiana? It is controlled by Democrats at just about every level of government. Why is the percentage of poor people so high?

Why did the Governor and Mayor leave the people in those area there?

Louisiana at 1.9 Billion and seven times smaller than, lead second place California at 1.4 Billion in receipt of federal projects funding.

I can't disagree with the idea that the ruling party in LA is corrupt; that's been known for decades. But to describe them as liberals would make Huey Long roll over in his grave.
