claptonrocks Posted September 28, 2023 Report Posted September 28, 2023 Interesting case. It's about 71mil.. Gotta prove the guilt beyond a reasonable doubt..
CincyInDC Posted September 28, 2023 Report Posted September 28, 2023 Sounds like a civil case, not a criminal case. The burden of proof in a civil case is a "preponderance of evidence." The burden of proof you mention applies to criminal trials. Thank you Legal Eagle (YouTube channel)
PatternMaster Posted October 3, 2023 Report Posted October 3, 2023 Glad to see a local guy in Harlon Barnett get a shot at being at a HC. As a graduate of Princeton High School is awesome to see him get this opportunity, he just needs to win some games. As for Tucker, wow...talk about fumbling the bag. He blew a 70 million dollar deal for phone sex, yikes...one could argue that MSU should have never given him that deal to begin with but c'mon son. His wife is a lawyer as well so he might be losing more than his job after she is finished with him..it was all good just a year ago..
