The Video:  Carbon credit bad, tar sands are a delicious and nutritious part of a healthy breakfast, buy crypto!

The Comments:  "Kill all the Leftists!"

Oh, Youtube. 🤪  Admit I just skimmed it because who the hell are these people and what are their credentials?  Whenever the lead is portents of doom and "the sheeple don't know what's coming!!@!1" I kinda tune out.  Speculative fearmonger shit from self-styled experts is nonstop on these platforms. You should be extra critical when those same people are selling something.

I suggest unplugging and going for a walk. Eat a hotdog at Costco in the crowded little food court.  Notice how people are going about their lives, having normal conversations.  No one is hoarding toilet paper lately.  The vast majority of people are unarmed.  Maybe feed some ducks (cheap generic frozen peas are way better for them than bread & they love 'em). The world isn't ending. The ducks aren't worried about fungible tokens & they're doing ok. Life is going on around you & the average person means you no harm, we're all just in our own heads a lot of the time and can seem inconsiderate. It's rarely deliberate. Don't panic!

That aside, an ounce of silver is worth less than 30 bucks, a 5 gallon bucket of peanut butter would be a better investment in these doomsday scenarios.

Naw I'm sure you could if you really wanted to. I understand most people don't give a F about capital markets and macro economics.

and btw I'd love to see what Costco is like. Not really one close to me. However just about a month ago I got a Sams Club. Them $5 rotisserie chickens are the best thing ever.

also you can buy silver and gold bullion at Costco!!!  Im itching to get in one and see what it's like in there. I'm so impressed with Sams Club and this $5 chicken. Costco will probably just blow my mind.

Still need to check out Bucees too or however you spell it.  By Lexington

Kolache are a lot tastier than silver coins.  We're getting a Buc-ees in Phoenix but it's not open yet.  Rarely bothered in Texas because everyone knows the best boudin jalapeno kolache (really theyre klobasniky but who cares) are in & around Houston's Little Saigon neighborhood.  Or any hole in the wall bakery, honestly.  Always take the local independent option where I can..  It'd be like going to Chipotle in Phoenix.

Long story long.

Been a hardcore Kroger customer since I was 18 years old and started buying my own groceries.  Have also been a shareholder this whole time so that's why I have been so loyal. Our offensive line coach was our computer teacher.  Him and me had a real good relationship and he's the one that got me into tracking stocks and making my own graphs and sheets. Doing practice investing and so on.  Been running with it ever since.  When I was 16 I got into a mutual fund that my grandfather co signed on so that I could could open it up. Anyways I got super lucky because that mutual fund was all communications and utilities which was in a huge boom cycle at that time. I'd cut my neighbor's grass and put the money into the mutual fund. By the time I was 19 and moving into my first rental home I had over $10k in that sucker. Then at 18 I was just buying Kroger stock. My mentality was, I got to buy my food there every week, might as well own as much of the company as I can.

About 2 months ago I went to a Walmart Neighborhood Grocery Store.  Its Walmart and its only a grocery store. I was so impressed. Liked how it was super different from Kroger.  Was thinking wow. If this little neighborhood grocery store is like this. Then what is Sams Club like?

So I got a Sams Club membership.  So impressed with it. Now I'm like well damn.  What's Costco like?     It must be really badass.

You can eat for days on those $5 chickens.

Wings & drums go first, maybe a slice off the breast meat

Shred the rest, debone, & that makes enchiladas, soup, casseroles or just tossed in a crockpot with some bbq sauce for sandwiches. That's 2-3 meals EZ

Save the carcass in a bag in the freezer, add potato & carrot peels, onion skins, broccoli or celery stems etc.. when I get 2 birds i toss all that in a bigass stock pot & portion it out into quart bags to freeze. That's weeks worth of chicken stock for whatever, even taken to using it for rice instead of plain water.
