I think it's more they tried to shut down everything across the board to see what they could get away with based on XO's alone.   Whatever remains will be targeted with more concerted efforts, either legislation or by appointing useful imbeciles to run their department into the ground.

 

Same plan with the DoD, cripple the military aside from a cadre of loyalists to help him retain power.  He's tasked with making sure we can no longer intervene globally. Whatever he or his minions gain access to will be handed off to Putin or anyone else that can pay.

So sounds like unfreezing, but still reviewing funding.  Not sure that POTUS can change the funding that has been approved.  He would have to work with Congress for any adjustments, correct?

It was rescinded earlier today. They're throwing shit at the walls (sometimes literally) to see what sticks. They'll do a better job of it next time and try to make it permanent. It also instilled more fear in people, which is a big part of their agenda.  

 

I'd say we've got 4 years of this disaster to look forward to but he's also made it very clear he has no interest in a peaceful transition of power. They'll have to drag him out of office kicking and screaming like an overgrown toddler.

Sounds like he wants everyone to know he is still big tough man and didn't back down, but he did.  The job of his White House staff is mostly coddling his ridiculous ego so he doesn't start throwing his ketchup and Diet Coke.

 

Such a big, tough, great man. Truly a role model.
