MichaelWeston Posted March 6 Author Report Posted March 6 I started doing a draft deeper dive at TE, thinking we would have som all around guys deep into the draft. From one I can tell there really aren't many at all. It's deep in Gesickki types Quote
sparky151 Posted March 6 Report Posted March 6 Yes, most colleges use spread offenses these days. That's good for finding receivers and receiving TEs. But there are still blocking and 2 way TEs available. We may just end up signing some team's #2, blocking specialist TE, as a UDFA. If we don't swing a trade for Mayer, I'd target Caden Prieskorn of Ole Miss on day 3 in round 5 or later. He's a big guy who can block. His hands are decent and he can find space vs zones. He won't outrun anyone and isn't a sharp route runner. So that sounds like what we need. 1 1 Quote
