  1. we know cause yall stopped crying that the season was over and trying to play jake fucking browning (fmfs).
  2. man can you believe they want to involve fans and let people do something they may enjoy to feel slightly more connected, how silly. OH and bring back a long tenured player, local, and fan favorite to boot? sheesh... doesnt look like i will be there either. did sell my extra set today for $750/pair, holding my set for a few more days to be sure im not coming. this dude has been injured half his career holy shit i just looked at his stats, 61 starts in 6 years. not likely to play us either way but yikes. close. will be close if they get a lead, could be the same as SF if we get a lead. i am eager to see. yes and also yes. but they dont think the bills will win on that line, as stated in the data point, the bengals are indeed favored... to win. yes. sililar ratings aside from LT, their LT hasnt had to play next to Sloth Fratelli all season. yes the home team gets the advantage to win by three if even, they feel the bills are the better team but the bengals win due to home field. the only innacuracy he is pointing out is that they think the bills are better, not that the bills will win. now we are getting off track. a bit different rating/picking system vs the traditional spread. that pick is wild though. there isnt a ton of orange bengals gear, its all black or white based. if they want an orange out, they need to pass out towels, and honestly for the striped sections, they should have passed out t shirts or towels per section, fans are dumb as hell, and as mentioned there isnt a ton of orange gear even the jerseys are slim pickins,
  3. its the money not the trash pick, IMO, does paying a 32 year old TE they didnt want to pay 4 months ago and giving up any random pick sound like a bengals move? thats a browns/bears type move, or a 2002 bengals move. yes. perine is just a guy, lets not pretend he is more than that. he had a couple great games, but at the end of the day he is a great blocking, average, at best, running RB. lets be real about some things. Perine is only able to have moderate success when he is the 5th(6th?) option, the chiefs and steelers certainly knew perine existed, but Mixon left with a concussion(vs steelers), so the steelers planned for Chase, Tee, Boyd, Hurst, Mixon, Joe Running, Drew Sample, the water boy, then THEN Perine. mixon leaves with a concussion, and the perine plays (not plays for perine but the plays that perine can run, very different than Mixon) so its shit thats not on film, shit they didnt see us run with/for him ever. Lets also be clear, that his stats in YPC are beefed up due to coming in with fresh legs in trash time OR fresh legs and a "surprise" 3rd down run on a 50/50 or passing down getting 5-6 yards on 3rd and 13 type of thing. While mixon is the one crushing through for a 1 yard TD or 3rd or 4th and 1, etc. I would take Perine over Williams, sure, but he is a player barely worth thinking about. we dont run Williams as much, but his blocking is solid, he had the one mental error in that one game but has been pretty solid in general. he has also been hurt, but he is also not very good. I agree with the above, in fact i said it 2-3 times in previous weeks, but he isnt very good, there is a reason he is getting a 1 year sub 2 mil a year deal, if he were good, someone would be paying him 4-5 mil a year on a flyer to help out the team. does he get one more chance after the fumble? if so, then there is something wrong with Hudson that they dont like or cant trust. meh, not really a huge deal, serviceable guys all around, and any upgrades come with high age AND/or large price tags. two things the bengals dislike. maybe. does he block well? i havent paid a ton of attention, seems he almost HAS to be missing somehing the coaches want or need if he isnt getting more snaps than he has been getting.
  4. looks like 13 was guaranteed, so there is only 8 to play with, i doubt he conceded any money, its probably his last, he is 30, and being that he is 30, im not sure the bengals are willing to do anything over 1 years again. id love it, if it was a cut and sign cheap scenario, but the odds arent likely in our favor.
  5. i dunno how the hell i missed this during the season. my son and I after game 5 winning the finals. these are our season tickets about 8 rows off the court at the end.. flew him back from college yesterday to go to the ring ceremony and lakers game, handing the Lakers 5 straight L's has been very enjoyable. glad the season is back, helps with me sports cravings. gonna miss my son being at all the games with me, probably sell 30% of the tickets. they handed out mini championship banners at the game... and they have 3 fan championship ring options. $10k, $7k, and $900 killin me.
  6. lmao... so we.... give up assets for the guy who left because we didnt want to pay him what he got paid... GENIUS!!!!!1111 Chris Roling isnt very good at football thoguhts.
  7. this is my favorite post this month. we need a post of the month award. kinda, irv smith sucks, dont get me wrong, but we may see hudson take his spot within 2-3 games, which would then have us having a serviceable TE.
  8. why dont they just sign someone? why dont they just trade for better lineman? whats the point in having all those weapons if they cant protect them??!?!?!? i never notice trent green as a broadcaster off the top of my head, i do dislike him as a person, and i dont ahve any real reason for it. i love romo, he is 10% too corny, but i enjoy what he does. i hate this chick, i dunno why but it feels like everything she posts is trying to stir shit, like bengals fans, bitch about everything, and included in everything, is the offense, so i feel like shes trying to make a thing here, and i dont feel that way about thoers. she reminds me of the tv show host lady on Parks and Rec who does the GOTCHA segments.. like the shanahan offense has been around for a long time, Kyle has been an OC or higher since 2008, who asks about a 15 year old offense? we also played against it, so its not like its new to us seeing. "what you think about that offense you palyed against 2 years ago and has been around literally forever"
  9. if we can juuuuuust face mediocre indecisive QBs with limited offensive weapons and a mediocre o-line every week we are going to fucking crush it.. hoping CMC is out next week, if both he and Samuel are out man id be pretty excited and we should win.
  10. oh and made it back, took Sois to Larosas, my kid and I hit Larosas off the plane, Frischs for dinner, frischs before the game, and larosas after.. flight boarded at 4:45am monday morning. which is 2:45 am home time.. was fucking horrible. i need skyline and angilos next trip.
  11. in and out is an odd one, i like the burgers, i like a plain cheeseburger, also a fan of cheese pizza, like if you make good food the base model should be tasty AF too, fries are trash at INO i have it like 3 times a year... lines are wack here too madness so odd wonder how they make it for the shelf. its obviously not how its made in store, how have you seen the comparison? i worked there as a youth, (kroger, Kings Island, Wendys, Kings Island, Wendys, Started Record label, Cincinnati Bell, T-Mobile, Sprint, Tobacco Company) all my jobs. all the burgers that sat on the grill too long and got too dry or burnt, got put in a metal bucket, once full it went in the fridge, when you had 2 buckets, you chopped up the old burger patties with the spatulas and toss it in the bagged chili flavoring and filled it with water from the sink, stirred and put on the stove to cook and stir in the long square metal buckets up front. so i assume they dont have piles of old burger patties at the factory, so im guessing youre probably getting a better product canned than in a wendys.
  12. it literally can and it literally was blamed on the o-line, specifically by the OC, who even called out the two Olinemen who fucked it up and how they fucked it up. but go off i guess. we are still just going to ignore how the pass game the first 4 games specifically hurt the run game due to everything being short and underneath, so no room to run as everyone was at the line anyway cause joe wasnt gonna hold the ball for more than 2.0 seconds.. anyone watch williams and brown run the ball? Mixon is clearly the better runner and makes more out of less everytime in comparison. both the other two are first touch and down. this whole "if it isnt great, it sucks and needs replaced" mentality of this fanbase is exhausting. it really sucks that going into week 7 we are still working on consistency and expanding the offense, but thats where we are. the only glaring problem is Irv Smith, and he started with the trash offense, then got hurt, and has been bad for 2 weeks, bot frankly the offense has changed each week so much with joes health, he hasnt had a fair shake. but this is the nfl, and not everyone gets fair shake. so im down for a change, but im guessing he gets one more week like others said. but he is bad enough to risk, in the "cant be worse" thought process Volson fucking sucks.
  13. Hey, Sorry for the offtopic topic, but my sons college basketball team is doing a fundraiser, private college so they fundraiser for equipment, supplements, etc. there is a little video on the link with details, if anyone cares to donate anything, feel free, no worries if not. He is a freshman living his best life off at school. He has hit his personal goal, school is still trying to hit its goal, and going past it allows them to get even more stuff they need. DONATE HERE!
  14. this resume isnt exactly star studded, the win over the lions is the most impressive, and it took overtime. it has been confirmed that witherspoon does NOT travel with WR's so frankly we can make him literally NEVER cover Chase if we want. that would be wild and silly but its something we can control it seems. about to watch thier games in condensed for to see how they are winning and watch these so called killer corners and such....
  15. there are already way too many people on this earth, hell this thread proves that.
  16. it really depends, like others said, GTFO of there the SECOND you can. i have two sets of season tickets, one set lower level 35 yardline behind bengals bench, mid row, and one set 5 yardline bengals lower sideline, aisle seats, 3 rows down from exit hallway, i sit in the worse seats, due to the aisle and easy entrance and exit, i pay whatever ungodly price i have to for Lot 1, my seats are on that side, i park by the far exit, occasionally the streets are slow traffic, but im a block from the highway entrance, ive made it from my seats to my hotel in 15 minutes before. but the 35 yardline mid row, im waiting for my row to clear, 8-10 people in each direction, someone is clapping, someone taking a picture, someone finding their belongings, its 5 minutes to exit the row, then im 6 rows further down, not 18,000 people beat me to the door. and their cars. fucked. so picking your tickets, aisle will save you 30 minutes outside the stadium easy, near the exit door/tunnel, save you another 20 minutes worth of people not beating you out. im old, im tired, i dont care for drunken mobs, its worth it to spend a couple bucks to get a more convenient seat. we have nuggets season tickets as well (at least one of my teams won a championship) we are 6 rows off the court, on the aisle, i can be in my car in 6 minutes, streets are empty, im home when people are still leaving the parking lot. I picked the section specifically due to the exit being 15 feet away, dont have to go up or down to exit, and that exit tunnel is by the front door, which is next to the lot i park in. i couldnt, i WOULDNT go to an arena 2-3 times a week if i had to deal with crowds and traffic and all that nonsense. i just dont have it in me. i will say, tohugh, with cincinnati have traffic split 4 ways out of downtown, traffic isnt usually too bad, 2-3 times in the last 2 years i got stuck for 15-20 minutes.
  17. officially booked trip for this weekend so my son and I will be in ohio for the game, eager to smash larosas and frischs and hope to sneak in a skyline, but i think we will have 3-4 total meals there, 2 of which will be larosas knowing my sons preferences, so odd arent in my favor.
  18. man yea my uncle was telling me they had some friends from AZ randomly visit ohio, and told them to go to skyline, the friends, thinking CHILI, ordered a bowl of chili.... YIKES they did not have a pleasant experience. how did a waitress not stop them? how do you look at that menu and even find the bowl of chili on it? is it on there? why? probably not close to the family recipe but there are 20+ cincy chili copy cat and home style recipes online if you search... could be worth a shot.
  19. yea the trend is certainly that battle will keep gobbling up snaps from scott, but however they can best balance the two along the way is best, but scott has not been impressive, of course he is replacing one of the best in the NFL, so its a tough spot to step into. JB3 was incredible.
  20. they didnt. they got whooped, when the announcer said they made it a game into the 4th i was like LOL wut.. shit was over mid way through the third. 49ers were just playing with thier food early on..
  21. drafting anyone is a crap shoot, linemen is almost as bad as QB, 30% see a second contract with the team who drafted them, not a killer success rate. thats all first and second round OL picks for the last 10 years. its a result of potential cost and shorter rookie deals maybe but 3rd rounders were like 36% if i recall, i may have to go back and run those numbers again. but teams, backup roles, etc can be factors there, guys are making 1 mil instead of 10. so few colleges run NFL style offense, a mobile QB changes the role of the linemen dramatically, and most colleges run options or spread offenses. useless for lineman development.
  22. i was excited for this with the title, i was like oooo a new take on good/bad/ugly type thing.. but all of the stock downs are fucking retarded. interior OL played pretty well and ratings went up after this week, and lets be honest, they had the hardest job with joe being stuck not running around, getting teed off on cause dfenses knew he wasnt mobile. and williams stock is down? lol how could it get lower? he is an afterthought.
  23. im going ahead and counting that road trip to the bay a fat L, if we win, we are going to the superbowll, cause thats the best offense in the league and a top 3 defense. i will be in cali that weekend but in LA, i debated flying up to SF for the game, but i dont want that ass kicking in my in person memory.
