  1. I think too many fans and fans pretending to be media need to slow down on the Carmen hate train...so the guy is struggling to learn a new position, give him a few weeks of practice and games to get it together. He had some good plays against the Bucs, especially on the TD run by Evans. He might not start the season off as full-time starter but he will contribute for this team now and in the future.
  2. A few observations after watching the game: QB: Allen was sharp and if not for 2 fumbles I believe he would have scored atleast one TD. Schumer was up and down, his best throw didn't count because of a penalty. RB: Evans and Patrick put in work, good game for both guys. Evans is going to be hard to keep off the field, Williams better get back soon. WR: Irwin and Tate played well, should be a good battle for the last few spots TE: They have to improve their blocking, especially on stretch run plays. Moss looked fluid after the catch, I think this roster battle will come down to blocking. OL: Average as a whole. Williams, Reiff, Jordan, and Price were good. The rookies were up and down. Isaiah Prince was a good surprise and Gillard looked good as well. Overall it was a good performance for a unit everyone had major concerns about coming into this game. DL: They dominated and showed their depth, if they can stay healthy it's going to be a special season for this defense. LB: Solid performance overall, Pratt had a good tackle on Fournette on run defense. Evans had some good plays as well. CB: Good game overall, very active with their hands and in run support. Great job tipping passes, loved how they competed and played with confidence. S: Good game from start to finish, Bell made a good play on the first play they played well as a unit throughout the game. If safeties can play at a high level with the defensive line this will be a top 15 defense maybe top 10. Overall I thought this was a great overall team game. Despite a few negative plays the Bengals played inspired and the coaches put them in positions to succeed.
  3. What kind of technique is that...duck your head and pray for the best...wow...he's pretty bad.
  4. Exactly, why would any owner or GM want a player that refuses the vaccine, especially when literally everyone else has it. I would have a hard time giving a QB hundreds of millions of dollars if they are refusing the vaccine for stupid reasons. I would seriously question their ability to make smart decisions....Cousins saying he's goung to surround himself in plexiglass....he's bubble boy...lol
  5. The funny part is right before he says that he says he willing to do whatever it takes to win.....except the one thing that literally everyone is asking him to do, you know Zim is pissed..
  6. Good for Kurt, plexiglass sounds reasonable and logical...definitely more scientific
  7. Findlay market has too many great options and Eli's has the best ribs in the city...Saturday afternoons at Findlay market is a good way to spend the day
  8. What more needs to be said at this point, either you will or you will not
  9. There are a lot of newer places in OTR and the Banks. A few great breweries and Findlay market is a good place to go during the day as well.
  10. Saturday night for me would either be Rooftop at the Phelps or the Eagle, depending on the weather. After the game, the Pontiac is a good option
  11. Good pick up, UGA is known for their olinemen and adds quality depth.
  12. That's a good story, we will see what happens. After the top 3 it's wide open, it's not impossible for him to make the team.
  13. This only 2 players a year is stupid, it drags out something that should have beed done years ago. Hopefully no more great former players have to die before they get their flowers.
  14. Big facts....there's some nice rooftop bars and good eats in the Banks, Downtown, and OTR to make it a nice weekend to watch a game.
  15. Also Trenton Irwin will probably make the PS, if he's lucky. No way he makes the final 53.
  16. Apparently so, it's not just a name though. It's a complex process that they want to get it right, so can understand why they are taking their time.
  17. Joint practices sounds like more opportunity for the spread of Covid 19.
  18. Why?....Because you say so? I don't think they are going back, anyone who thinks that would be an option isn't paying attention. They said they will have a name by next season.
  19. They've got some primo smoke out there as well...not to hot or cold..A lot to like about Portland.
  20. Fun fact...I used to cut his grass as a young lad in Indy before he died, he was a great guy.
