  1. Da Turd also forgot to mention that Joe is light years better than he was on the best day of his career.
  2. Late to the party. Work was a bear last week. Little time to read and post here. A few post personal still gobsmacked thoughts now... Paraphrase of post I saw on here somewhere: Its like we are getting an extra top five first round draft pick a month and a half before the draft. Looking at his pics since the signings and had to go back today and check... That's 345-350 lbs.? He is so (seemingly) lean. Must be all muscle and no lard. Joe and Ja'Marr are going to have to take him to bust some tags. The Groupon suit has... well... it can be upgraded. And +1 for every one who posted. You guys got some real football smarts. NO Carry on
  3. I hope he does well. Seriously.
  4. Orlando Brown walks in.... Bwwwaaaaa Haaaaaaa Haaaaaaaa!
  5. https://www.fox19.com/2023/03/16/live-joe-mixons-sister-her-boyfriend-indicted-shooting-near-bengals-stars-house/ Joe Mixon’s sister, her boyfriend indicted in shooting near Bengals’ star’s house Joe Mixon ‘did not commit a crime,’ the prosecutor said. (WXIX) - Shalonda Mixon, sister of Bengals’ running back Joe Mixon, and her boyfriend, Lamonte Brewer, have been indicted on charges in connection with the shooting that injured a 16-year-old outside of NFL star’s house, Hamilton County Prosecutor Melissa Powers announced Thursday. On March 6, Shelonda told Joe there were people outside of his Ayers Road home with guns, the prosecutor explained. Those guns were actually toy Nerf weapons, Powers would later show during Thursday’s news conference. Having received death threats from obvious Bengal fans, the Bengals star was concerned for his life after being told armed people were outside his home, Powers said. The threats began after Mixon’s address was “improperly released to the public” in January, a statement from Joe’s agent, Peter Schaffer, explained. Read the full statement at the bottom of this story. Surveillance video obtained through a search warrant showed Joe walking in the backyard of his home with a gun, but he never fired any shots, according to Powers. Mixon is a legal gun owner and “did not commit a crime,” Powers explained. It was Brewer, Powers said, who fired 10 to 11 shots at teenagers playing “Nerf wars” on Ayers Road around 8:30 p.m. that night. Shalonda was later seen on the same video picking up shell casings in the yard. Mixon’s agent says the Bengals’ star “interceded” to stop Brewer from shooting the gun. A 16-year-old was shot in the foot as he tried to run away when the gunshots began, deputies wrote in the initial report. The teen “heard multiple shots whizzing by his head and immediately ducked behind a tree fearing for his life,” the prosecutor’s office explained. The victim was transported to the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries, where it was confirmed he was shot in the foot with the bullet still lodged inside, according to the incident report and a March 7 news release from the sheriff’s office. Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a 911 call placed by a man inside Mixon’s Ayers Road home around 8:30 p.m., according to the preliminary incident report and a recording of the 911 call. The man who called 911 told the call taker he was inside “my athlete’s house,” and the shooting occurred outside next to the house, according to the call and incident report. Responding deputies stopped a black Honda Accord that was seen leaving Mixon’s home, according to the incident report. Shalonda was driving the car with Brewer in the passenger seat, Powers explained. The gun used in the shooting that night was found in the trunk of the Accord, the prosecutor’s office said. 6. Having all their money tied up in one player is not a good long term plan.
  7. What happened to team friendly so we can sign Tee and Ja'Marr? Maybe get a line in front of him that doesn't look like the Four Blocks of Jello? It isn't going to be a lot of fun Sunday afternoons watching our GOAT get slaughtered in the backfield.
  8. Joe Sixgun has been cleared in the shooting of Pittsburgh Steeler Plaxico Burris.. Plaxico shot himself in the dick putting his Glock into his waistband at a strip club.
  9. Mixon's attorney issued a further statement that Joe Sixgun had no involvement with the shootings of Paul Murdaugh and his mom or Abraham Lincoln. Happy Chuck Norris Birthday.
  10. https://www.fox19.com/2023/03/09/suspect-fires-11-gunshots-joe-mixons-backyard-teenager-report/ Suspect fires 11 gunshots from Joe Mixon’s backyard at teenager: report CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Around 11 gunshots were fired Monday from the backyard of a home owned by Bengals running back Joe Mixon’s house, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office’s incident report says. A female and a male, who is not Mixon, are listed as suspects in the shooting on Ayers Road that resulted in a juvenile being hospitalized with a gunshot wound on Monday, according to the report released Thursday. Charges have not been filed against either person, so FOX19 NOW is not identifying them. Around 8:30 p.m. Monday in the 7900 block of Ayers Road, deputies were called to the scene for a reported shooting. Two deputies wrote in the report they talked with two juvenile witnesses who claimed they were playing “dart wars” with the juvenile victim before the shooting. While playing the game, the victim, a student at Anderson High School, ran around Mixon’s neighbor’s house, the witnesses told deputies. The juvenile did have a Nerf-style toy gun, they added. The witnesses and victim told deputies someone from the backyard of the home owned by Mixon then fired around 11 shots toward the Anderson student. The gunshots continued even as the juvenile attempted to run away, deputies wrote in the report. One of the gunshots hit the victim in the foot, and he had to be taken to the hospital with minor injuries, according to the sheriff’s office. As the deputies were talking with the witnesses, they said a black Honda Accord was seen leaving the area where the shooting occurred. The deputies put out the vehicle’s description to other responding units, and they did stop the Accord, the report states. The male and female were inside the car, along with a rifle, the sheriff’s office said. Investigators found three shell casings and the victim’s Nerf gun at the scene, the incident report says. No charges have been filed against either person, according to the report. FOX19 NOW did receive a comment from Mixon’s attorney about his client not being named as a suspect. “That’s good news,” attorney Merlyn Shiverdecker said. “Obviously, we are happy with that.”
  11. Only thing new I have seen https://www.cincinnati.com/story/news/local/2023/03/08/anderson-township-shooting-leaves-high-school-student-injured/ Dispatch records show the juvenile, whom school officials said is an Anderson High School student, was hit in the foot by a bullet or bullet fragment. He is now recovering at home.
  12. Updated Update Update March 8 1:00 PM https://www.fox19.com/2023/03/08/listen-911-call-released-sheriffs-investigation-involving-joe-mixon/ The 911 call that touched off a sheriff’s investigation involving Joe Mixon allegedly came from Mixon’s home, according to a copy of the call FOX19 obtained Wednesday. The man who called 911 told the call taker he was inside “my athlete’s house” and that the incident transpired outside. The preliminary incident report also shows the call came from the home associated with Mixon. The man called to report “a shooting” next door to the house. The sheriff’s office has only confirmed deputies responded to a “shots fired” run, not that anyone was hit. “There were kids, three or four cars blocking off the road,” the man tells the 911 call taker. “One kid was running around brandishing a weapon, and he went back to his car, and it looked like it was a fake weapon. But I kept walking, walking walking, and then he was screaming something, and he went back to his car and pulled out another weapon, and to me, it looked like a Kel-Tec or something. And [he] ran up the back driveway of his house that he had been coming down and said, “[***] yeah.” And then all of a sudden, you heard him running and running down there, and you heard ‘pop pop pop pop pop!’ And the three other cars sped off. Now there’s one car back, leaving in a quick fashion, and a Jeep sitting out front, and I think it’s taking off.” The man said he watched the events as they unfolded over the course of 10-15 minutes and called 911 immediately afterward. “They’ve been going back and forth. They had the road blocked off. There were girls driving a certain car and guys... and everything... One guy, he ran up the grass between the athlete’s house and the other neighbor’s house, and I heard him yelling something while he was brandishing a weapon, and then I heard ‘pop pop pop pop pop!’” FOX19 reached out for comment Wednesday to Mixon’s attorney, Merlyn Shiverdecker. “At this time are not going to be making any public comments,” he replied. “That may change.”
  13. Updated update update https://www.cincinnati.com/story/news/local/2023/03/07/anderson-high-school-student-injured-at-home-connected-to-bengals-joe-mixon-is-ok Anderson High School has confirmed it was one of their students injured near a home associated with Bengals running back Joe Mixon Monday night. Deputies responded to a report of “shots fired," but officials have not said whether the student was shot. Few other details have been revealed. An email by sent Anderson High School principal Kyle Fender to students' families Tuesday said a student from the school was injured in a Monday night incident in the 7900 block of Ayers Road, and is currently resting at home and doing OK. The email was in reference to a shots fired incident reported Monday at 8:25 p.m.A juvenile was taken to Cincinnati Children's Hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening, according to a statement from the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Monday night. Uhhhh... huh huh huh.
  14. Joe Sixgun's sister said it wasn't him so you know that has to be true. She also said Joe wanted to play but didn't have a Nerf gun and made do with the one he had on Walnut Street near Fountain Square.
  15. Up Date Up Date (edited by me leaving out previously mentioned info) https://www.fox19.com/2023/03/07/joe-mixons-home-part-active-investigation-sheriffs-office-says/ A juvenile was taken from the scene to Children’s Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to the sheriff’s office. What type of injuries the juvenile suffered was not detailed. A neighbor, Tracy Schaeper, told FOX19 NOW that her son’s friends were outside playing Nerf wars when she says they went onto Mixon’s property. The neighbor said shots came from Mixon’s home, but it is unknown who fired the gun. “The individual, or someone within that home, opened fire and shot off seven rounds, mildly injuring one of the teenage boys and obviously scaring...scaring to death those who were involved in the Nerf wars,” Schaeper said. The sheriff’s office did say Tuesday that a home connected to the 26-year-old running back is part of the crime scene. Deputies did gather evidence “that will be part of this active investigation” from the home deputies searched, the sheriff’s office explained. There was at least one evidence marker in Mixon’s yard.
  16. Update (of sorts) https://www.fox19.com/2023/03/07/joe-mixon-involved-sheriffs-investigation-into-injured-juvenile/ Deputies enter Joe Mixon’s home amid investigation into injured juvenile Deputies spent hours in Mixon’s home early Tuesday morning without making an arrest. CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Hamilton County Sheriff’s Deputies entered the home of Bengals running back Joe Mixon early Tuesday morning five hours after responding to a “shots fired” call that left a juvenile injured in Anderson Township. Mixon’s involvement is unclear. Deputies responded to the 7900 block of Ayers Road around 8:30 p.m. for a report of shots fired, the sheriff says. One juvenile was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. It isn’t clear how the juvenile was injured. A law enforcement officer arrived with an envelope of documents around 1:30 a.m. Several deputies entered the house minutes later. Flashlight beams could be seen around the home.

Jonathan Cunningham. FOX19 NOW checked with CPD for a status on that case Monday morning, hours before deputies with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office went to his Anderson Township home Monday night in a separate investigation into an injured juvenile. It is not clear if Mixon was at home at the time of this incident.
  18. https://www.fox19.com/2023/03/07/joe-mixon-involved-sheriffs-investigation-into-injured-juvenile/ Deputies enter Joe Mixon’s home amid investigation into injured juvenile Deputies spent hours in Mixon’s home early Tuesday morning without making an arrest. One juvenile was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. It isn’t clear how the juvenile was injured. Deputies placed crime scene tape around a home on Ayers Road sometime during the evening. A neighboring home is the same listed as Joe Mixon’s home address in a warrant for his arrest issued earlier this year on charges that were later dropped. The property has not changed hands since then, according to Hamilton County Auditor records. There was at least one evidence marker in Mixon’s yard. Deputies extended the crime scene tape across his home around 11 p.m. A half-hour later, deputies were observed banging on Mixon’s door, loudly identifying themselves as sheriff’s deputies and telling the homeowner to come out. They allowed a car into the home’s driveway around 12:15 a.m. A law enforcement officer arrived with an envelope of documents around 1:30 a.m. Several deputies entered the house minutes later. Flashlight beams could be seen around the home. Three deputies entered around 2 a.m. carrying note-taking supplies. The crime scene tape was taken down around 3:20 a.m., and deputies left without making an arrest. **** Twitters in the link. I couldn't post
  19. I don't think they want to let No Joke You go but a second tight end, But it does show that other teams have an interest in Hurst besides just us so that ups his price. Unfortunately.
  20. Just for gits and shiggles... https://www.yahoo.com/sports/rumor-browns-looking-upgrade-tight-015852921.html The Cleveland Browns need to find more depth at tight end after the room did very little outside David Njoku in 2022. The NFL Scouting Combine is full of rumors and Dawgs By Nature’s Jared Mueller dropped some exciting bits about tight ends. The Browns are set to target the Cincinnati Bengals’ tight end potentially Hayden Hurts or the Las Vegas Raiders’ Foster Moreau to bolster the room. Hurst had a great season with the Bengals and it would be a massive upgrade. The team wants to use fewer tight ends but with Njoku’s injury, someone good enough to start might be crucial. Hurst having only two drops this season with his ability to block and skill in the redzone would be a great addition.
  21. I would go the pair of 38's. And not the pair of 38's Mixon waves around at 4th and Walnut.
