Orange 'n Black
Freeney will not see the open market. Colts have already stated they're going to franchise him if they can't cut a deal.

bengalsdave985
this is just my thoughts and what i have read and heard, colts will tag freney, bears tag briggs, clements will go to san fran, samual who knows, san fran will also be hot on thomas since they are over 50 mil under the cap. personally i would much rather have samual than thomas, thomas is 30 and will be looking for his last big deal, i just am affraid that we would pay him big bucks and his knees go out in 2 yrs and we get killed on the back end of the cap when we could get one of the top 3 db's in the league who is going into his prime
Guest WhoDeyForever
Yea we should just skip free agency and go right to the draft

If so... do you even watch Bengals football? not a personal attack... just curious
Nelson Muntz
I hope we go after Daniel Graham and Charles Grant(only if we don't re-sign Justin) in FA. Although I would be satisfied if we stick to the script and re-sign J.Smith and Stieny, that would be re-sign TWO top tier FA in their prime. As long as we can get Okoye or Willis
Guest fredtoast
DE/DT Corey Redding 6'4", 290 from the Lions to replace Bryan Robinson. Redding is only 26 and had 8 sacks playing the under tackle last year. Came into the NFL as a DE.
ChicagoBengal
[quote name='Jason' post='438570' date='Feb 7 2007, 09:30 PM']Ashley Ambrose was a FA wasn't he? What about Lorenzo Neal? Well, maybe Neil, but Fullbacks sort of fall under the same blanket as kickers, punters, and long snappers in terms of free agency lingo. If I'm interpreting Storm correctly, I agree with his assesment.
