whodey319
depends, if you want one that is 1080P then there arent many deals but if you want one that isnt then walmart sells some really cheap. There will be sales going on for the new year at most stores soon and check www.slickdeals.net everyday and see if any HDDVD players are added. i buy stuff off there all the time

I've been using slickdeals.net for years now and there's always great deals on there. I got this same deal at bestbuy a month or two ago. Love the player, although it has frozen for a few seconds a couple times. That should be corrected with firmware updates in the future.
BengalsOwn
Why don't you just get the drive for your 360? You can find them used on www.hardforum.com in the for sale section for less than $

Never know if you'll need that extra 4ft. The thing with these digital cables.... there isn't a difference in quality between this and the $100+ cables at bestbuy. ThurmanMunster
So i bought my HD DVD player yesterday. I chose standard shipping instead of the expensive ones and got my HD DVD player like exactly 24 hours later. That is amazing.
|Montana Bengal|
You guys are killing me. I really want to pick up a player, but my gut tells me bluray is going to win out in the long run (don't want to pony up the cash...don't have it right now), but the HD seems like such a good deal right now. On a side note, I can't justify a $175 upconverting dvd player.
staticx682000
While i have both, i tend to like blu-ray better....
