He's one of the top GMs in the league. [/quote] He may have been at one point but he has not done much with the Reds. The Reds have only had one winning season since he has taken over. The majority of the talent on this team was already in the organization when he took over. Votto, Bruce, Stubbs, Bailey, Arroyo, Cueto, and Phillips were already in the organization. Just doing a quick count, I came up with 19 guys that were on 2010 roster that were already in the organization before the he took over. It's not like he came here and made a bunch of trades and signings to get all the talent on to the roster. I give him credit for not trading these guys away but he should not get credit for bringing in a majority of the talent.
