Kool Keith Posted September 11, 2005 Report Share Posted September 11, 2005 On the NFL officials... Most of them have full time jobs, doing very un-NFL type of things during the week. I read something that like 20% of them are CPA's!!! !?!?!?!??!? They do get down to cover the plays pretty well, but I feel that's more of a cerebrel thing vs. pure athleticism. They start off the line of scrimmage for the recievers, and know the correct lines of sight to see holding and pass interference. The replay booth has helped them alot, too.
