Bengals still have ‘little to no trust’ in Jermaine Burton
I was thinking Pittsburgh. He'll fit right in.

That's the way I feel about all the eggs the Bengals seem to be putting in 7th round Center Matt Lee. If one slides to round 4-5, 3 even, grab him.

Bengals sign Brian Asamoah II to 53-man roster, add Antwaun Powell-Ryland to the practice squadRead somewhere this guy was supposedly some sort of hot rat in college at Virginia Tech. The Eagles took a flyer with a 6th round pick... apparently could not make the transition to the pros. Sounds like Jermaine Burton and McKinley Jackson.- The Too Late In The Day Bye Week Games Thread

I'm dreaming of a high draft pick. Healthy and Stay Healthy Joe Burrow And new defensive coordinator. Screw the playoffs. The point of the playoffs is getting to and winning the Super Bowl and... child please... we are simply not that good. Happy Marine Corps Birthday.- The Too Late In The Day Bye Week Games Thread
Nor I. And I didn't. Although its kind of nice to see this morning that Aaron Rogers is truly washed.- Bye Week
I'd go defensive coordinator.- Bengals' dumpster-fire defense exposes deep structural flaws in Cincinnati's DNA
Anyone else notice the he's wearing Shemale Stewart's suit coat from the draft?- What if the rest of the season was preseason for 2026?
All was washed two years ago. I do not trust Lee and while I would like to see MaLaughlin return to fighting trim... that rarely happens. Can't stand Orlando Bloom Jr. but I guess we're stuck with watching people run around him for one more year. I think they need to do whatever it takes including drafting up to get the Ohio State Safety.- Bengals - Bears Game Day Thread
Bears LB D'Marco Jackson fined for hip-drop tackle that injured Bengals RB Samaje PerineChicago Bears linebacker D'Marco Jackson was fined $6,111 for the hip-drop tackle that injured Cincinnati Bengals running back and kick returner Samaje Perine in Week 9, the NFL announced Nov. 8. Perine suffered the right ankle injury during the second quarter of the Bengals' 47-42 loss. Perine stayed down at the end of a kick return, but jogged off the field under his own power. His leg appeared to get caught underneath him on the tackle. "That's a bad man right there," CBS analyst Adam Archuleta said during the broadcast. "He is a tough, tough guy." Trainers looked at Perine's ankle on the sideline after he jogged off. The Bengals ruled Perine out early in the second half, and head coach Zac Taylor said after the game that Perine is "week-to-week."- The All-New/Does It Make A Blasted Bit Of Difference 2026 Draft Thread
I don't think they'll draft that high. Liking the board buzz and love for Caleb Downs (Ohio State boy icing on the cake for the Bengals) but could see trading down for more picks, too. Horns of a dilemma.- Keeping our Enemies Close 2025 new
Former NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown was extradited from Dubai to the United States Thursday to face trial on an attempted murder charge related to a shooting earlier this year. The Miami Police Department confirmed Brown's extradition. Several videos on social media showed Brown getting into a fight with multiple people following matches at an Adin Ross boxing event in May. The popular streamer hosted a 10-match card sponsored by Stake, Kick and Brand Risk Promotions. One video showed Brown appearing to fight in a parking lot as a crowd moved toward an alley. Then a gunshot appeared to ring out, sending spectators running in the opposite direction. Brown admitted that he had "slammed" one person's security guard. He said he told one of the officers that he hadn't done anything. The Washington Post reported the next month that a warrant was out for Brown's arrest. A representative for Brown did not immediately respond to a request for comment. The alleged victim in the shooting was Zul-Qarnain Kwame Nantambu, who waved a Palestinian flag during Kendrick Lamar's Super Bowl halftime performance in February. Nantambu was arrested in June on charges of resisting an officer and disturbing the peace by interrupting a lawful assembly, revealing a link between the incidents. yada- Keeping our Enemies Close 2025 new
I'm sure everyone has seen this by now but... what a tragedy. Details surrounding the tragic death of Dallas Cowboys defensive end Marshawn Kneeland were revealed Thursday after officials confirmed that the 24-year-old NFL pro died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound following a police chase in Texas. The Texas Department of Public Safety released a statement detailing the events of Wednesday night that ultimately led officials to find Kneeland "deceased from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Kneeland was in his second season with the Cowboys after being selected 56th overall in the second round of the 2024 NFL Draft. His death came just days after he recorded his first NFL touchdown in a game against the Arizona Cardinals on Monday night.- Random 2025 Bengals related stuff
I don't want to see them tank on purpose. But I also don't want to see a few dead cats bouncing, either, turning into lower draft picks. Franchise Trey Clean house on D with trades, surprise cuts and courtesy flushes. Trade the high pick for more higher picks. Send Tobin out to buy a few draft guides at Barnes and Noble. Use them for a guide and target D linemen and Safeties and... almost everything else. Pick up a quality free agent or two, forget dumpster dives and press clippings. Take a cold hard look at the coaches (I would keep Zac for continuity) and bring in some to replace this season's failures. Find a place for Callahan? Bring Joe Burrow back fresh and healthy next year and try to convince Flacco to stay for a season. Screw this year. Start fresh and mean next.- Zac Taylor: I trust Al Golden, won’t make changes to defensive coaching staff

Agree and so true but what a wake up call when the stuff they did in college doesn't work in the pros.
