Tough call.I'll go with Sparky homerism.
Torre is damn good though.We all know how hard it is for managers in NY having to deal with Steinbrenners nonsense all the time.Also,even though Torre's teams were loaded with bought talent ,it is very hard to get big egos to play together,which he did.
I also think Leyland and Alou are very good.They did pretty good with very little talent most of the time.

Bobby Cox is an interesting guy because all those years with a stacked team they didnt win many titles (other than division) but in the same time he has turned a lot of nothing into a good team the last 3-4 years and somehow kept that long ass division winning streak alive.
