It's toward the far end of the strip from Freemont street (the older part of town, with the cheapest casinos), but it's close to MGM, NYNY, and connected to Mandalay Bay and Luxor by monorail. (of course I think the city monorail has been significantly upgraded since I've been there last, so this might not be as big a deal as it once was ) Rooms tend to be available for less than $100 (used to be about $69 most nights) and they are generally pretty nice.
