I think @EnquirerDoc summed up the #Bengals loss in Pittsburgh perfectly: "Whenever the local teams lose, it seems there has to be a reason beyond the fact they weren't as good that day. Sometimes, that's the only reason". Exactly. Not a lack of toughness, fire, etc... Just a brutal start that they couldn't quite overcome.

Very true.  That has been my thinking all along.  There is nothing subliminal or hidden about it.  They just had a bad night.  Its certainly not the type of night anyone wanted or expected, but it happened.  Time to move on and make amends this week and next week on into the playoffs.
