Jupiter Fan
OK, so here's the offical word from ML but we know what that means. Updated: 4 p.m. The Bengals don’t know to expect from right tackle Andre Smith in Sunday’s opener (1 p.m.-Cincinnati’s Local 12) against the Ravens. Smith missed all the preseason games with a concussion and Lewis said in his Wednesday news conference “We don’t know what to expect from Andre until Sunday.” But Smith did go through a full practice Wednesday as did three others who missed the final preseason game: There are pros who would be ready with zero snaps, but knowing Smith's past, is he one of them? blueridge
Andre Smith has always been under-estimated. He does TCB.

|Bunghole|
I wonder about him in this case though. Concussions under the new protocols cannot be swept under the rug like before as they now need independant verification from an outside doctor before they can play. Allegedly. |schotzee|
ML: Andre will be ready if he's ready. If not, we'll be prepared to go with next man up and what not.
