i think we have some biased people voting for ginn, lol (i was one of them) i think peterson from oklahoma will get it, i thought he deserved it last year, but didn't get it because he was a freshman. if leinhart does anything similar they will give it to him though.

My top 3 most likely would be

1. QB Vince Young (Texas)
2. QB Drew Tate (Iowa)
3. RB Adrian Peterson (Okl)

Tate has a shot because Iowas D will be awesome and he has a good Wr corp. Vince Young I think wins it all and the Natl Championship, and Peterson is a stud as well.

As for Lienart I think they lose 2-3 games and so he loses the shot.

1 and 3 I can see. But not Tate. Iowa plays at Ohio State, at Purdue (preseason #16) and get scUM (preseason #4) at home. They will probably lose 2 of those games. And Ohio State has a better D, and Ted Ginn will contribute in more ways.

Iowa is favored in everyone one of those Games...

I think their rank is #2 in the Nation or # 3

If they are favored against OSU, in the shoe, at night, on national TV, I am putting a big bet down for OSU right now. First of all, OSU has just as good if not better defense. Second, they have a vastly surperior reiving corp. Ginn, Gonzolas, and Holmes. I can't see how anyone could favor Iowa at OSU.

Favored by who?

In the coaches poll Iowa is 10. Ohio State is 9, Purdue is 16 and scUM is 4.

Maybe I got confused with NCAA 2006 where they are ranked #2 to start the year.... although I could have swore the Pre Season rankings had them at #2 Also.... maybe those are changed <_<

Reggie Bush. Split carries last year and still dominated most games. New OC will use his new weapon more often than Chow. The most electric running back I have seen since Barry Sanders. He can catch the ball too. Junior trying to make a stand for being the number 1 pick in the 2006 draft.

I'm an OSU homer, but I still think Ginn has little chance of winning the Heisman this year. For one I thought he was going to just be playing corner this year..... two if he does split on offense, he will be worn out playing Off, Def, and ST. Don't get me wrong I think Ginn is a stud, its just the competition (for the Heisman) is really strong this year, and OSU plays some really good teams.

1. Bush
2. Leinhart
3. Peterson
4. Young
5. Leak
6. Ginn
7. Tate
8. Devin Hester WR Miami, as fast as Ginn.... getting shot at starting reciever now that Parrish is gone.
