just as an extra source of accountability, gonna have a thread here and post screen shots of my fatass weight a few times a week. being home i gained like 10 lbs already, so a day or so ago i started eating better and forcing myself to go walk around a bit to get up and about some.

 

so im starting this process at a svelt 379lbs.  christ. fattest i have ever been.

I'll just say you can do it..

Youll have times where u wanna say fuck it but thats your mind tryin to make you weak..

When i dont want or feel i wanna do something i think of the motto 'Just Do It"

and I do...
