  1. This team rarely has issues with injuries so Moss should be fine

  2. To be honest, Gio’s fumble in the 2nd quarter of the San Diego playoff game will forever be burned into my memory. We would have gone into halftime up 17-7. He was on a contender and like most of the Bengals of that era, choked.

  3. Yes it would, in many ways, but that mindset is STILL kicking the can down the road on finding a centerpiece tackle to build on, as JB's protector. That mindset also says "Hey, I trust the Bengal's management to fill in those necessary offensive line pieces, and I believe in them...if they don't do it in the draft, they will spend the money and do it in free agency." Are you of that mindset, my Bengal Brother?

  4. Yeah, and let's get back to the bigger question that so many seem to be discounting, just why was that? More importantly, look at how little has changed since then. Nearly everyone was in consensus ..fix the OL, fix the OL, save the franchise QB Joe Burrow...never let this happen again, and fix the OL. Then the offseason happened....

  5. Why? He sure as hell wasn't during the offseason, and neither one of them played a down of football since then, did they? Could it be the influence of fantasy football, and all the young folks newly acquired interest into the game itself? That would be my guess.

  10. I didn't think I could out do myself, but the one thing you don't want to do is under estimate me... This draft perfectly compliments what the Bengals did in free agency and adds quality depth at positions of need. -Sewell and Green make the Joe's better and fills the biggest need on this team. -Brown and Fehoko are the two most under-rated prospects at their position in the draft because of the coaching and play calling of their college programs - Weaver, Williams, Jones, and Jackson can put a pass rush jolt into the DE/DT positions. They integrate well into the current mix of players and would significantly upgrade the talent level at those positions. - Hawkins and Hillard fill out the roster by providing depth and special teams value.

  11. This "generational talent" terminology someone has coined is way overplayed and overstated. On average a "generation" is typically thought of as around 25 years. Calling any player a projected "generational" talent is asinine. To say Chase, Sewell, Lawrence or anyone in this draft class has any better chance than the other of being the best (or one of the best) players of the next 25 years is cool to say but impossible to predict. Lawrence is good, Sewell is good, Pitts is good and Chase is good. All top 10 projected players in every draft are. Saying this guy is "generational" and this guy is not is ridiculous and reminds me of those people in every company that say things like Low-Hanging Fruit or Get Our Ducks In A Row.

  13. It was? No doubt, it SHOULD BE. They SHOULD have done more to address the OL in last year’s draft, as many of us pointed out during and immediately after the draft. Most of us also think that they SHOULD have addressed it more aggressively in free agency this year. Based upon the team’s track record, how can you say it’s a top priority for the team now? One new variable in the equation is having Pollack as OL coach. Someone posted PFF(?) scores for a few of our linemen while under Pollack vs. while under Turner, and the difference was astounding. While I hope that Pollack can work his magic with what we have, I still want the OL addressed early in the draft, but not necessarily at 5. My fear is that the team thinks that Pollack and Rief fixes the OL for 2021 and we don’t go OL until later in the draft.

  14. All the speed in the world isn't going to keep Joe Burrow upright. Is Chase the only starting WR talent in this draft? Somehow I doubt it.
