  1. Show me one where he blows up the OL and the RB never leaves the backfield
  2. Not that I've heard, but it would be really nice to see him show up for the upcoming OTA's and make a positive impression.
  3. Is this accurate? Again I have to ask in what way exactly is the Republican party "conservative"?
  4. I could see the NFL in San Antonio. Probably on their short list, at least.
  5. I guess when he gets hit every other time he drops back the OL kind of get used to it?
  6. They cansign him for 4 but structure it where he can get cut in as little as 2 with very little dead cap remaining. It's what most other teams would do in that situation. Not sure why these players let their agents hype up contracts that they're unlikely to see more than half of just for clout, but that seems to be the business.
  7. No question in my mind it was a distraction.
  8. Calling skips on Campbell (unless he absolutely plummets into 2) or any RB. We need healthy players now, not next year's "potential". And RB - take that pick and draft OL instead, they'd have more of an impact on the run game and offense in general.
  9. The more we hear from her the more entitled and disconnected she sounds, to me at least. There's a time to be "tough" but begging the public to pay for the rumpus room for their billion-dollar toys probably ain't it. Besides which, the statement is plainly false and everyone knows it. They can't move anywhere without a lot of legal hurdles and a boatload of money changing hands. Her options are either building somewhere in the general area, almost certainly without the same kind of sweetheart deal she got for offering one of the county negotiators a cushy high-paying job to come over to her side of the table (criminal, honestly), or moving the team to some other B-list city, except now no one there cares about the team and oh yeah, also all the formerly loyal fans hate you. Good luck with that shit. Be sure and remind the NFL lawyers who your grandfather was...
  10. We'll all be back to hiding from them in caves again before Cleveland figures it out.
  11. The easiest thing for them to do would be nothing. That's my bet.
  12. Corrupt SCOTUS just gave him the go-ahead to deport anyone he doesn't like.. "But that only applies to non-citizens" Yeah good luck proving you're a citizen from a prison in El Salvador with no trial and no access to a lawyer. Points his finger and the ICEstapo make them disappear. Are we great yet? All I feel is shame and horror, I don't think it's working.
  13. My concern is Watts or Morrison in round 1, Kizer in round 3, Cross or Mills in round 4, etc etc. Or trading up chasing any one of them because Golden has the warm fuzzies. Simply drafting Notre Dame's defense probably won't get the job done. One of them is fine and to be expected . Any more than that would be questionable.
  14. Trading down and snatching an extra early round pick would be great. Giving up one of our own would be bad, though. This roster needs help all over. Which is why they shouldn't be counting on draft picks to hold down starter spots in 4 months. They're desperate for OL, DL & LB help and it's probably going to skew their draft board. Something like BPA in the but then reaching in the later rounds to fill the holes they failed to address in FA.
  15. Unless they reach for a player because he's fron Notre Dame's defense for Golden. But I'm sure the scouting department of Golden from Notre Dame will make sure Notre Dame's Golden doesn't just draft people 2 rounds earlier than he should based on playing for Notre Dame's defense. It's important to have a team of professionals involved that way so they're as well informed as possible and everyone's accountable. Prevents any emotional decisions.
  16. Hate to say it but I think Ratledge is gone before 49
  17. Oh man.. There's no telling what sort of harebrained shit a team might do on draft day - any team, not just this one. Really brings out the degenerate gambler (or savior complex) in some folks. It wouldn't be an NFL draft without at least one of them having a 2nd round grade on some nobody that wasn't on anyone else's board & then trading away the entire farm to move up and get them.
  18. "Look tough"
  19. That would make about as much sense as drafting a goalie
  20. For someone conditioned to excuse rape, child sex trafficking, deportation of US citizens based on race, and the daily ramblings of a delusional old man with advanced dementia... Crashing the global economy is NBD. All part of Dear Leader's plan. Amen. ...it really is part of the plan though, it's an historic consolidation of wealth & property. When this finds rock bottom only the top 1% will still be in a position to buy the blocks of stop-loss & fire sale MBS's when everyone else is losing their home or business. I can tell you there were a LOT of pissed-off former MAGAts at the local 50501 rally. I'm sure his hardcore delusional cult will say they were paid actors just like Sandy Hook but I live in a very red county and these people were far angrier than anyone else there. (almost like stoking all the fear and anger in a base of far-right religious radicals while promising them Star Trek "medbeds" on Mars, then instead wiping out their life savings overnight, is playing with fire... )
  21. This is the ideal time to trade it to someone else. Always a number of teams hurting for a QB and that almost always translates to an early draft pick. However.. This requires a proactive & well-informed draft room that isn't desperate to fill roster holes. Generally, that's not been ours.
  22. Not to worry, they'll fill in the gap this leaves on their OL with Tua's head.
  23. And the projection, my God. Tell us more about the electric sharks and The Nuclear. Everything's computer! Never mind blowing smoke, your Dear Leader is blowing cheeseburger farts in your face and you keep lapping it up like it's gospel. You can't possibly be this ignorant. I need to stop reading your posts again, truly. There's enough cruelty and stupidity in the world without watching some random idiot wallow in it like a clueless pig on its way to the slaughterhouse. "Look how good the Farmer feeds me! I'm winning!" Good luck with that, buddy.
  24. Look at this sick little bootlicking toad gloating over people's suffering like he's somehow immune to it. "Oooh tread on me harder, Daddy Trump!" Grow a fucking spine already. It's pathetic.
  25. Doubt they draft two of them, odds that's the BPA even once aren't certain. If they draft 2 there's a good chance one of them was a reach... which is why it would've been smart to snatch up one of the good FA's when they had they chance. I don't see how even an upper end guard salary was going to derail anything. Need to break this habit of drafting for need. "Competitive" should describe the depth chart, not the game plan. Maybe they tried and failed though, who knows? All we can do is speculate for the next few weeks and wait to hear about Trey. 💰 That's where it stands, if I had to guess.
